      I ordered both rear tail light assemblies for my wife's *************************************** a timely fashion and fit perfectly. Thank ******* note that I did ***ort, their website showed the wrong vehicle photo for my wife's car. She has a sedan, their site showed a hatchback with totally different light assemblies. I emailed and let the company know, and the response was my message was being sent to the department that handles the website. I then placed my order over the phone and the *** *** made sure the correct light assemblies were ordered. One recommendation on the shipping containers, there was no packing, just 2 smaller thin boxes inside one larger thin box. These parts need packing for protection.Thank you again

      I had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with carparts.com, first they sent me the wrong part, didn't offer any real solution to rectify the issue, other than "oops yea just send that back and we can issue you a refund", okay I did that, and they even send me an email detailing what I'm entitled to in my refund. I ship the part back ASAP, and weeks pass, no refund, I call to ask what about my refund, and their customer service got very aggressive telling me they never agreed to a refund for the wrong part they sent me. I had to send them the email showing the refund they agreed to for them to even issue me a refund, to which then they apologized. This is not a customer friendly company, just use any other site.

      Im only giving one star because giving no stars isn't an option. I ordered multiple parts and they screwed up most of it. They sent parts that aren't for my vehicle at all and packaged it so s***** that some parts must have "fell" out and never made it to me. When I contacted them about it I was told that since I didn't pay for shipping protection they couldn't do anything about it. So, even though some dumbfounded dipshits aren't capable of doing their jobs correctly and they send parts that are incorrect, if you don't pay for their "protection" you get to keep the ******** they sent and they get to keep your money. So, in my honest opinion, this was the worst parts buying experience I've had in a long time. F*** carparts.com, f*** them in their stupid *****.

      Ordered part and it came in multiple shipments. They sent out heavy car parts in the thin plastic envelopes and the part ripped through the packaging in transit and arrived with one of the two parts missing. Would not replace the part after going back and forth with customer service

      I have been giving three different dates about shipping. Paid $15.00 on shipping fee for a blower motor. Having **** ship it is not reliable. Borrowing vehicles from family and friends is a pain. Need heat in vehicle when it's sub zero degrees. As of this writing I have to wait another three days. Not ordering from this place anymore
