      It was easy to find the part I needed, the price was very reasonable, and delivery was fast. I also looked at the Q&A section of the web site and found the answers to a couple of my questions.

      I ordered some parts from Carparts.com and was charged the initial authorized charge only to find out they also charged me an additional $595.39 that was not authorized. I called them to find out wtf and was told they charged the initial charge to verify the funds were available and that charge was $725.05 and not to worry but the second charge will fall off in 3-5 days after they ship my parts. DONT WORRY? You tied up a total of $1,300 of my money and now I have to wait? Get real the $725.05 was expected but the other was not and I have bills that are due. I was then told by them the bank did that, I said so youre telling me my bank just randomly pulled your name out of a hat and entered two amounts to put in pending? I will not use this company ever again and I strongly urge you to think twice before you do unless your ok with them tying up your money!

      0 STARS In a pickle I trusted the item I purchased would be here in the 2 days the website said when I purchased it. It is now 2 days later and I got an email saying there was a delay, I submitted through the chat feature online to find out what is going on because I am set to leave in my vehicle the part is for now 2 days from now and wanted to make sure it would be here in time as I am having it shipped to a completely different address. I specifically said if it won't be here by Thursday I needed to cancel the order since I will not be here anymore after Thursday. The lady from the chat couldn't give me an answer but said I would receive an email with an update, I got an email saying that my item has shipped and had the tracking number and that my package should be here tomorrow only to go to the fed ex website and check the tracking at the end of the day now to see that it still hasn't shipped and that only the label was created. I am beyond furious because I was legit lied to. Why say my item shipped if it hasn't? Just to get out of cancelling my order maybe? That is fraud. Will not be using this website ever again. Now I have to plan a special trip somewhere over an hour away from home to hopefully pick up my package when I get back from out of state for a part I needed for my trip. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEMNDED!!

      ****** IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT DELIVERY AND GAVE ME A DIFFERENT PRODUCT BECAUSE IT ISNT IN STOCK! SO THAT THEN DELAYED MY ORDER, then given TWO DIFFERENT DATES AND STILL NO DELIVERY! Just sitting somewhere 4 hours away in **! Been waiting since SUNDAY! After the timer on the website told me to order before a certain time Id get it by Monday! Then finally shipped I get another date for Tuesday which is today and I still dont have an update saying its on its way! Never again. As a first time customer im pissed! And all they have to say is IM SORRY! While care is still sitting

      It's unfortunate I didn't read reviews before ordering. The wrong item was shipped to me. I immediately filled out the form and included photos of their error to get the correct part. Feb 18th I received an email notifying me that a return label would be emailed in 2-3 days. Feb 19th I received an email that the correct part was being shipped. Feb 26th I emailed that I hadn't received the return label or the part. Online tracking indicated the part would arrive by Feb 24th. Yes, you read it right. Online tracking indicated it should arrive 2 days BEFORE I sent the email. The package was about 1.5hrs away. An auto-email response directed me to 'chat' for customer service so I did. I was able to obtain a return label via chat. Feb 25th I shipped the wrong part back. I was advised to track the shipment of the correct part online as the status should update within 24hrs. Today, Mar 9th still indicates the part will arrive on Feb 24th. Packing, shipping, and customer service are definitely lacking.

      The website works O.K. but It's really inconvenient to have to go through customer service to cancel an order that hasn't even processed yet. However, the customer service was good about macking sure the order was cancelled and the correct address was used (the bad address was, admittedly, my fault.)My order of shocks and struts ended up completely split into two packages unnecessarily. The first package arrived on time, but its was packaged poorly with one loaded front strut and both rear shocks banging around loosely in a large box. There was very little tape houling the box closed. I've now been spammed with multiple delays for the rest of my order. Ive never had this issue ordering parts online anywhere else.
