      Purchased a tailgate. I brought it to the body shop to get painted and they told me it was bent and dinged. So I purchased another and it was damaged as well they should really foam pack the parts. I am now returning one and having the body shop repair one and having to pay more.

      HORRIBLE customer service and business. Ordered ********************** 2 weeks before Christmas. Received parts month later. Wrong parts and missing parts.They *re-sent* parts supposedly, never received. Another week of waiting, even contacted owner, Meniare, the owner assured ** something would be done. Nothing.Missing parts, $200 later, they refunded me $28. Thanks.Get your business together.Making millions and who cares about the little ********* dissapointed.

      Very, very disappointed in the way the box arrived. It was ripped open in two separate places. Contacted carparts.com and they said I should have chosen "insurance". I told them I ordered it over the phone and the guy helping me never mentioned anything about insurance and it was a robot chat. If the part is compromised, I still have to pay the mechanic to take my entire door apart $$$ top see if the part is good $$$. Can't roll my window down, so I can't wait for a new order to arrive, I needed it and it was held up for 12 days after the guy on the phone (check the recording) told me it would be here in 3 days. Disappointed in the experience, I really wanted to love it too. PS...couldn't attach the photo's of the box here for some reason.
