      Oustanding place, customer service is number one. If you have a problem with a part they make it right. And they respond to their part reviews if you have an issue. The parts are well packaged and delivery was fast, even during Christmas. I will continue to do business here.

      I ordered four parts for my 2001 ***** 2500hd from them. I received three of the parts on time but the fourth never showed up. I did order during the holiday season so I figured it might have gotten looked over in the truck and it would show up. Well two weeks went by and nothing so I reached out the the shipping company multiple times and they finally told me they lost it and needed to contact Carparts for a refund. I looked up the company they use for shipping and they have a 1.4 star review. Anyway, so I reached out to Carparts and they basically told me I didn't purchase shipping protection which I honestly don't remember it even being an option. But since I didn't get that, there was nothing they could do so I'm out $200 because they want to use a crappy shipping company and stand behind the company they chose to ship through. Don't buy from this company unless you like to roll the dice and play the game of chance.

      The customer service its the worst I have ever dealt with. I returned a part per their request because it was faulty and they no longer stocked it. They have had my part for over two weeks and keep giving me a run around about giving me a refund even though in multiple emails it says that as soon as they receive the part and inspect it after 2-3 days that the refund will be authorized. Now they are saying that they have to make sure the part is in the warehouse even though I have the ***** confirmation that it was delivered and the guy I talked to on the phone from Carparts.com says that it was delivered to the warehouse on December 16th. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

      Great! I was able to replace the headlights on my car and they work well!A call to customer service eased my concerns about a delay in delivery and an unusual charge to my bank account. It turned out to be an authorization charge which was refunded once the headlights were delivered.Thanks!

      The struts i bought says in green letters Guaranteed to fit my vehicle after I put my vehicle info in, I installed the struts upon arrival and the mounts went bad within a few months, i notified them and they reconfirmed the struts fit my vehicle and sent replacements, those lasted about 6 months before blowing out and leaking. I contacted them again to figure out why these are not lasting and they had no idea, i told them to refund me once I send defective struts back and they agreed. Now with 2 sets of struts going bad within 30k miles and nit even a full year the struts have now destroyed my new tires that cost me just over $1000.00, my balljoints and an end link for sway bar, I spent $100 twice on alignments and and am out quite a bit of money from this. So I contacted ****** who manufacturers the struts and they told me based off part numbers that carparts.com sold me incorrect parts for my vehicle and that I need 006 instead of 005 that they sold me and confirmed twice that they fit. The parts they sold me are for a cutaway and not a cargo transit and are completely different in spring rate/compression etc etc. So I contacted carparts.com to file a complaint with them demanding this issue be fixed and compensate me for the troubles and wasted money on all my other parts and services, well they just keep giving me the run around and never filed anything for a case I opened with them and no record of this issue being escalated, the supervisor lied to me saying he'd send me email confirmation about this case being escalated and never did, he said his extension was 2119 and when I called back to talk to him I was told that extension doesn't exist, now when I call back I just keep getting hung up on and they are avoiding this situation the best they can.
