  My auto was totaled 16 months ago n vanguard hasn't sent my refund everytime I call they say about ready to send it this has been going on for 14 months, I thought they was a top company but they have proven to b another 2 bit company I do not recommend this company to anyone

  On January 4th 2023, I canceled my auto warranty coverage with vanguard, and I was told that I would received my refund check in the mail in 6-8 weeks. I have yet to receive my check. I called every week for months to see if any update on when I would receive my check, and they would always say no new update. I am still waiting 9 months later!

  Vanguard Vehicle Armor is nothing but a deceitful enterprise. Their customer representative shamelessly peddled falsehoods about their company's identity. Shockingly, they slyly charged my credit card under an entirely different name. When I attempted to cancel, their tactics for stalling and resistance were beyond infuriating. This company's deceptive conduct is utterly unacceptable, and it's high time they face the consequences of their actions. Beware of this unscrupulous operation!************************************************

  This is NOT a reputable company. The cancellation policy in the booklet they mailed to me is NOT what I was told when I was called by them on July 10, 2023, 3 days after my 30 day period ended. I mailed a letter to them on June 21, 2023 and they said they never received my letter. My 30 day period was from June 8, 2023 to July 7, 2023.

  Exact same thing here! Found a better company that will even refund if cancelled without making it a month to month deal; then I am told its cancelled and will receive a letter of such in 7 to 10 business days, with no confirmation number. Also, since I am covered until the 14th with no money returns for early cancellation; I had requested that date to cancel; however, ***** the random person I happened to be connected to, was too busy trying to make a cheaper deal than 160 a month. I told her that, in itself, is proof they are not customer friendly. I have to rely upon their honesty with a verbal confirmation that I should have recorded I suppose, if I knew how. They also hide behind Omega, which is ironically enough 5 star rating! Why would they contract to this company with a F rating, I wonder?

  Vanguard Vehicle Armor made a very strong sales pitch and used the following, "If any of the electronic components of your vehicle go out, you will have a HUGE expense."Fear of the unknown is a good incentive to cover a vehicle, even a reliable one such as a VW Jetta. They were very friend and eager for the contract. Once we decided to go with them for an extension of the factory warranty to 125k miles, we thought that we were protected. Recently the car was diagnosed with a need to "Remove and Replace the Front Suspension Strut and Coil Assembly." They did not even let me know whether this would be covered and would not discuss any further options since the coverage just expired 3 months ago in February. As a teacher, I was not able to get the car checked until school let out. I missed my window and the person I spoke with was ****, unfriendly and not at all interested in a conversation. All of their friendly communication expired when we paid the bill. There was not reminder sent that the policy would soon expire, etc.This confirms for me what I already suspected: This aftermarket insurance business is mostly a scam. Save yourself thousands of dollars and put the money into savings in case you ever need repairs. As someone who has not had a pleasant experience I recommend that you "avoid them like the plague."

  ***** S This is the worst car warranty company ever to go They are SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! with the worst customer service I have ever seen my life I asked for the Manager they said there is no manager 3 people hung up the phone on me, there is no benefit package to see the coverage I called on 4/18/23,4/25 and 4/28 to cancel the contract they keep pushing me the contract while the expiration was on 4/29 on Saturday on 4/28 I left voicemail 4/29 I send email still not canceled no respond so I called on Monday 5/1 still I was pushed to keep that after talking almost an hour finally the contract was canceled but they not giving me the conformation number or the refund of the deposit when I called today 5/2 to asking about those I was told I am not a customer they talk only with their customers

  This company scammed my 87 year old mom out of money. This is what I have to say, who is willing to go into a class action lawsuit with me? This company should not be able to sell to older people who are vulnerable in their decision making abilities. Now we had to cancel her card and I have to block anyone trying to get access to her account...it ***** because I want her to be able to have access for her own personal purposes.

  The absolute worst company EVER! SCAMMED my 76 year old father and refused to give me a manager or supervisor after I called to cancel his policy.

  Called to cancel 2 hours after signing up. They said they had excellent reviews and what I saw was wrong. Refused to give me a cancellation number.
