  This company Vanguard Vehicle Armor is a scam. The customer representative cheated me when I asked the company name. He never said any word of Vanguard Vehicle Armor but said that it was Integrity Admin or Vehicle Group. I told him that there are many scams these days that I want to make sure- checking it multiple times, but he kept saying that the policy is with Integrity Admin or Vehicle Group. Because of the phone number he provided and the money charged to my credit card within 2 hours after the phone call, I got to know that it was the Vanguard Vehicle Armor. I called to the credit card company for the scam and canceled the credit card. Then today, Vanguard Vehicle Armor called me so I told that I needed to cancel the policy. He said that it would take 5 min to cancel it. In fact, a lady who I was connected was extremely difficult and kept saying that I don't want to cancel the policy. I was speaking to her over 10 min, asking the cancelation but she said to me that she would call me again to discuss it!!! I blocked the phone numbers. I leave this review as a record of my effort to cancel the policy and the enormous frustration to interact with this company. A company like this should be convicted and gone.

  I called because I locked my keys in my car. I had roadside with my car insurance and vanguard but vanguards paid $25 more than my other insurance. When I called they kept me in the line while they found me someone and checked back to make sure I was good afterwards. I was worried because of all the bad reviews but I had no problems whatsoever. They were fast and professional

  In March I canceled my policy and I have yet to get any kind of a refund or letter or anything can't get in touch with the supervisor that does not exist don't waste your time with this company even if you pay the some money in you then try to use it it's always not covered so don't do this I'm still fighting for my refund and I don't know when I'll get it

  I keep receiving letters from them stating that this is the final notice about a auto warranty on a car that I don't even own it's irritating and as soon as I find a way to *** them for doing this consider it done but until then if you get the letter you can do one of two things a. Send the letter back request that they take you off of their list which they have to do or call the number and get somebody on line and tell them to take you off the list that is what I've done we'll see how well that works however I'm still looking into legal ways of dealing with this this is to me harassment.

  On March 24, 2022, i paid in full $3190.00.I telephoned April 8, 2022 at 19:45 AM when I received the brochure and membershio card, informing that i wanted a refund. The reason was i was informed on the phone was not the informayion on the brochure. I have since called Jun 6, Jun 16, July 8th requesting a refund. Each time i was informed that it was being processed in the ************** and would be mailed out within the week. To date I have still not received my refund!

  Absolute SCAM!! These people drive me crazy by sending a letter almost every month about my cars warranty. I have a 2006..what warranty??? They always threaten by telling me that If your factory warranty has expired, you will be Financially Liable for all repairs. Really..thats funny because I already am since there is no warranty on my car! The phone number is disconnected and there is never a date or name/signature on the letter! Don't fall for it!

  The following was emailed to the ****************'s office today re Vanguard Auto Armor's deceitful FINAL NOTICE:My wife (who suffered a stroke in 2020) received the attached notification in the mail in early June. Vanguard Auto Armor of ******, ** is a SCAM business!! Look at their BBB profile. This is OUTRAGEOUS! I would like to know how they are allowed to operate and/or have a licensed business in Orange County. PLEASE RESPOND.
