    This company is the absolute worse. As others stated *** never received my package. I got a message saying they attempted delivery with a picture right in front of my doctor but is was undeliverable because of a missing suite number. My apartment number was clearly on the label. I tried to call the customer service and you can not speak with a live person in any way shape or form. I sent an email and the rep that responded said that a dispatcher would attempt to redeliver. 2 days later and nothing. I can not figure out why respectable companies are using this delivery service.

    Package was marked as delivered on tracking update with a picture of my front door, no package was left. Emailed the company because phone number is an automated message on loop with no way to speak to someone. Emailed them same day and they replied they marked Delivered on accident and would try again two more times the next business days. Those days came and went with no delivery. I am baffled why Apple is using such a bad company to deliver for them. After seeing similar bad review ratings on here, I immediately filed a report with Apple. They said they would investigate and eventually replace my item after trying to verify with shipping company. Very shady shipping company!

    Very unprofessional and poorly organized ***** **** company. Order shows "processing" for days before spontaneously changing MIDDAY "out for delivery." ************ delivers packages that REQUIRE signature confirmation. Not only does this not prepare the recipient to arrange someone to be available on the day of, there's no warning or updates to delivery tracking the entire week before. Unbelievable for this to be an actual company in this age of to the minute electronic technology. They can't get a simple delivery right....and that's after 3 "unsuccessful" attempts. My order was eventually cancelled entirely and I had to reorder 3 weeks after this cat and mouse fiasco.

    Terrible service. They leave a slip with the phone # that is completely useless. The phone number just tells you to track it online or call the shipper. No live person or any option to request the re-delivery.

    Since January of 2023 deliver it mail carrier has failed to deliver three separate packages of three separate occasions these packages are my supplements that I need desperately, these packages were supposed to go to a ************* *********** in ********* ****** they kept saying we need a suite number and then there's a number 86 in parentheses these people are lying, they need to be investigated.**************

    I received an email stating package will be delivered Feb 17. I waited from Feb17 - Feb 21 everyday I checked the status and it said my package still waiting for the carrier to be picked up. Came Feb 22 the status had changed to DELIVERED FEB 17 at 10:03AM I waited all day on Feb 17 - Feb 21. Then I got a text message that They attempted to deliver package but was not able to because the driver had an emergency. Received an email from representative from DELIVER IT saying that their system was having tech prob thats why I got a DELIVERED STATUS on the tracking and ATTEMPTED MESSAGE from text and that they havent got the package. I dont know where my package is now.These company has a notorious record of not delivering packages and lying to customers

    I am an **** Representative and this company continues to lie about their deliveries.The other day, they were suppose to deliver my 2 boxes and only delivered 1 box and took a picture to show proof, later that day, they claimed that they attempted to make the other delivery for the 2nd box and gave the same picture from the 1st box delivery. I called their phone number, but their answer machine just says if tracking a package to contact shipper. I do not like this company because their drivers are not reliable

    I have had previous bad experiences with Deliver-It. They always put an exception on the delivery. They show a picture of the door and they leave without attempting to deliver the package. I am currently waiting on a delivery from Sephora and we will see if they actually attempt delivery today. They came by Friday (three days ago) and never attempted the delivery. They drove up, took a photo of the door and I was here. This is something they are notorious for doing. They make it impossible to reach them as their two phone numbers tell you to track the package online. The email address they provide will not be answered. I have placed complaints with the businesses that ship with Deliver-It and hope that someone will take action against them for their shady and fraudulent practices. When I pay for a purchase I expect it to be delivered. That rarely happens with this company. I would give zero stars here if the system would allow. We need more people that have had legitimate issues with this company to log complaints here and elsewhere.

    How does this "delivery" company stay in business? And how do they get such big clients as ***** ***** and Sephora? Twice I've had to deal with them and both times they lied about trying to deliver my packages; each time they simply photographed my building from the sidewalk and said they couldn't get access even though I have given the access code and my cell phone number three times. I also signed off them delivering it by leaving it at the door. But nope. Every time they "attempted" to deliver the package I was home available via my building's gate/door phone system or cell. They never answer their phones nor emails. They don't allow for voice messages. I messaged them on ******** and they told me to contact the company's email/phone on the website. When I told the "person" on the other end of the ** messenger that I already had and I knew it was a dead end, they BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR PAGE and shut down the ability to comment (I had a friend check). I spoke to the retailer I ordered from and they kindly emailed the company to let them know my access code and cell and to get an update. The retailer's representative came back on the line and told me that they had attempted to deliver again -while we were on the phone. But there was no call from the security door or on my cell. I checked on my delivery through the retailer's app which leads you to the company website - once again just a photo of my building (probably the same photo from before). Then I went online to their website and put in the tracking number and I got a message that the tracking number was not in their system. This place is a scam and someone needs to shut them down. I looked them up, they have complaints from employees as well.

    If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is absolutely the worst delivery service out there. Every single time a company I order from uses this shipping service, it's either not dropped off at all and marked as "attempted", or it is left at the wrong place all together. I have even given them detailed instructions on how to find my apartment and their drivers completely disregard the instructions and leave it the wrong unit. Clearly this is a common occurrence in reading through these reviews. I don't know how this delivery service is still in business and quite frankly, I really hope companies start wising up and not using this service anymore.
