The professional and helpful courtesy that he had with us made it so easy. He answered ever question with kindness and courtesy. We would definitely recommend this company and all the kind, helpful personnel. This is a wonderful company with great people. If your looking to finance or re-finance your home. I would highly recommend this team!!!!!

******* got me funded when others told me no or didn't want to put in the work, he kept me well informed threw the entire process and always was available to answer the phone to keep me at ease. We tried working with other lenders prior to moving forward with New American and it was a nightmare. New American were fantastic! The communication, professionalism, explanation of the process was outstanding. And last but not least, they provided the best rates and deals!New American Funding

American *************** was the best choice I could have made when choosing the right mortgage company. I was told not to just go with one company to shop around and I did so. However, *********************** was the politest, kindest, caring and professional individual I have ever worked with. The other companies could have maybe offered something better but the service I got was over the top! I never felt alone during the process, he checked on me daily to make sure I did not have any questions that needed to be addressed and kept me completely in the loop every step of the way. I hated when my closing day came because I felt as if I was going to lose a friend. I would recommend more stars if I could. If you want a mortgage company that cares about your feelings, wants and needs this one is it. Ask for ***** You wont regret it!New American Funding
