      This is my second time having to file a complaint on this company and it's truly sad. They act like they care but they truly don't at all. The holidays for my family have been the worst due to having no heat and our kitchen sink just leaking. The floors in the kitchen are completely wet so we have to mop all day, under the sink it has been flooding and we have to continue to place pots under to catch the water. The kitchen floor is starting to come up due to the water from the sink and this is the second time, it's happened to this house. We have put in so many work orders only for them to be tossed around to one person from another. I just feel like the moment we are late with our rent, they will eviction us for that but nobody wants to be responsibly for putting in the work. The keypad for the door still does not work but we are still monthly for it. There was a work order put in for this also and nobody seems to know where it is. The way I pay my rent on time with this company, I want them to fix things on time also. I think what bothers me the most is that my daughter is three and she has asthma and is very sickly, so with the house basically flooding and being so cold my daughter became sicker and my other kids develop a cold. All this happened during the holidays and it makes me feel bad for my kids because we had to purchase heaters for the house. All my kids had to sleep downstairs because the heat was out and again it was flooding so this has been very hard on us.

      I just can't believe that the office is still closed, this means that nobody really cares about my concerns. I've been in this house for awhile and I love the area but I don't care for how this company treats people. When something goes wrong they should have someone who truly cares. I'm sorry but this is not good enough for me and I would like for someone to call me asap because telling me that the office is closed and my things still don't work, bothers me.

      The member has been calling me while I'm at work, I texted the rep and never heard anything from her until a few days later. I work everyday 12:30pm to 9pm, I don't mind someone calling early in the morning but I can't stop what I'm doing at work to speak with someone. This issue is overgoing and it seems like it's not getting me anywhere. My light bill is high and so it the light bill and that's what I'm concerned about due to things not working correctly.

      The night of December 23rd our water stopped working in the house despite taking all precautions against the freezing weather. We are now on day 4 with no water, we have left emails and voicemails everyday since then with zero communication from Tricon. I just spent over an hour on hold with the maintenance department only for them to hang up on me.

      No hot water since 12/25/22 attempted to light pilot light ourselves, its not working. Been calling Tricon since 8am today no call back, no answer, except customer service who says sorry you have to talk to maintenance it is ILLEGAL for them not to respond to emergency maintenance, we need to be put in a hotel on their expense and the repairs need to be made. I wouldnt be upset if they at least CONTACTED us, but to just be disregarded. Next step is lease termination on our end as our tenant right and a full deposit so I suggest someone respond to us today.

      I moved into *********************************************, managed by TriCon Residential on 8/5/22. I lived there alone (with my 2 dogs) for four months. During the walk thru, I said a few things were broken and the backyard was severely neglected and had wild pigs, venomous snakes, *** cats, alligators living back there. I rented the house for my dogs to be able to walk around which was impossible and unsafe. The TriCon guy said this is a rental, and if you lose your dog its on you. I asked him if he would let small children play back there his response was if they knew what they were doing. After multiple maintenance requests for the leaking frig, blinds, black moldy tiles, broken garbage disposal etc. all recorded on their system. I received conflicting information, threaten (last and final call). They trimmed the yard 5 feet out of the 20 feet requested and found a 70+ tv. 2 different maintenance workers refused to put their arm in to grab it for fear of what was in there. I called the ****** office to complain and was provided with a ************* of someone that never returned my call. The ***** office does whatever they want which is mostly nothing. After 4 months I moved out paid $6200 in penalties and then they billed me another $2700 in damages for things that were like that when I moved in or flat out lies. I attach photos and my responses. They retuned $1800 after my response but they have kept over $1500. I asked at least 5 times to be present during the walk through and it was completed without me.

      I have been a tenant, since October 6th of 2022, with Tricon Residential. I am unable to set up an account for my water utility, because Inframark, which is the water utility provider, will not open accounts for renters. Tricon would have to add me to the account. I notified Tricon of Inframarks requirements and I was told by a representative from Tricon, that I would be added to the account or the utility would be added to my rent. Neither has happened and today is December 23, 2022. My water has been shut off for non-payment in November and I can not confirm if I am without water today for non-payment or if the pipes have frozen, since I am not authorized to access the account for the water utility. I have inquired about my water utility numerous times through my superintendent and contacted customer service at **********************. I have never received a clear answer to this day. I recently spoke with another rep this morning who informed me that everyone was on vacation and could not help me. This is inexcusable since this has been an issue since October of this year. I finally got someone from Tricon to call me back and ask me about the issue, so I explained it for the 10th time since October. I am still waiting on a resolution and for my water to be turned back on.

      This is thee coldest weekend in ******* in five years . I contacted Tri con residential due to the heat not working on the lower level of the house. They sent a vendor out called blue ladder who parked at the end of my street until it was after hours pay and then proceeded to attempt to fix the heat. He then disconnected the working heat so we were left with no heat. I called throughout the night for help and received tri con closed message at 8 am EST the next day I was able to get tri con back on the phone for them to dispatch the same blue ladder vendor again. The vendor still left us with no heat. The third day I called tri con wanted to dispatch the company again after me asking numerous times to be assigned to a different vendor. *** con refused to reassigned the work order which now forced me to move my kids into a shelter two days before Christmas.

      We rented from this company in ** I specifically told the property manager that paint was coming off of the front door and my bathroom cabinets and that it was unsafe for the little ones. When we moved in I also told them that they should have put a fence towards the ************ because people had thrown tires pools garbage etc on that property. We are being charged over $3,000.00 for paint chipped garbage that isnt ours and for not power washing the house before we left which is not in contract

      We lived in a tricon home for a little over two years and moved out at the beginning of Sept (filing this in Dec) after living month to month until we could find somewhere closer to our new job. We emailed in August letting them know that we were putting in our 45 day notice and would be officially out at the end of Sept. We waited a full month before reaching out again to ask why we hadnt heard from them about the move out process and was basically told that we had the wrong email address for the property manager (even though i called to get the email address from tricon themselves to make sure i had it right). No big deal right? I got the correct one a little while later and he told me what to do. As a i mentioned earlier, its now dec, and last week i called to see where my deposit was as they have put the house back on the market, therefore they must be able to send our money back. I was told someone would email and call me about the monies, and that shes very responsive so i should hear back soon ( clearly a regular complaint as i didnt mention being ignored in the past). Ive still not received anything from tricon. No email or call, nor check. I will take this down or change it if i hear from them but as it stands, they are just holding on to your money until you report them or **** This is ridiculous!!

      I was owed a refund for my security deposit for a house that I rented with this company and it was sent to the forwarding address that I gave them. However, someone stole the check and cashed it. I reported it to the company with a worker named *************************** on 09/2022. The last time we spoke was in 09/2022 she said that she needed to sent it over to the accounting department to have it investigated. I called ***** Fargo because thats who the check was made from and they told me I couldnt start a fraud claim and the company that issued the check should be the ones who submit the claim, I then informed *************************** of the information that ***** Fargo fraud claims rep provided me and she told me that shell get back with me. Since then I have emailed her 2-3 times in reference to my deposit refund and have not heard anything back. Its been over 2 months now and I still dont have any information regarding the funds thats owed to me.

      1) Tricon Residential owes a return of a $1,600.00 security deposit as of 04/01/2022, which has not been received as of 12/01/2022. The rental address was *******************************************************************. Tricon has advised they mailed a check for $1,525.00 which was never received. Tricon sent a .pdf image of a check with someone else's name printed on it and claimed the check was deposited but the issuing bank and the postal service cannot verify. In response, I have contacted the company numerous times, filed a criminal complaint and signed numerous affidavits which they claim are for the issuing bank but have never been processed.2) Tricon Residential owes a $1,976.00 return of service charges for pool services which were paid in advance but never received for the duration of the tenancy. Tricon was made aware of the overpayment on a consistent basis.

       1)  The security deposit from rental address ******************************************************************* has not been received as of 12/16/2022.  Tricon has advised they mailed a check for $1,525.00 which was never received.  Tricon sent a .pdf image of a check with someone else's name printed on it and claimed the check was deposited but the issuing bank and the postal service cannot verify.  In response, I have contacted the company numerous times, filed a criminal complaint in case the check was stolen, signed, notarized and sent 2 original and 2 updated affidavits via **** in June and August 2022 as follows:
