      I have been living at one of their apartment complexes for 7 months and I will be breaking my lease early because I have had enough. Everything in the apartment breaks with ease, the ** never works and it is Summer in *******. We are paying ridiculous prices for no **, for no one to answer the phone at the front desk, for the front office to close 30 minutes to an hour early, we are paying for amenities that are broken. Emergency maintenence does not exsist here, so if you have an emergency, you are screwed.

      We would like to thank ******************** for bringing her maintenance concerns to our attention. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to ******************** for any inconvenience she experienced due to her **** system. Our team has confirmed that they contacted ******************** directly and advised her that our vendor attempted to service the unit the same day they were notified of the issue but unfortunately, were unable to service the unit as ******************** was not home and it was after business hours. The **** system was repaired to ********************** satisfaction on July 29, 2022.We thank ******************** for allowing us the opportunity to rectify the situation and we remain available should she have any further questions or concerns. Thank you.

      Thank you for your response. The issue is the ** has broken over 5 times in a matter of 8 months.

      I setup a self tour with Tricon Residential. Their system charges $1.99 for the service, verifies identity with an uploaded image of drivers license, and verifies identity and checks location for the self tour using GPS. I drove 1/2 hour to tour the property and when I got there it was a gated community with no information on how to get in. Trying to verify location, hoping to get the code, my location couldnt be verified, even with my GPS location turned on. I waited then got into the gate after another resident. Parked in the propertys driveway, I tried again to check in for the self tour but Tricons system still could not verify my location. I waited 20 mins retrying to gain access multiple times. I called their phone numbers and only got recorded messes and no support. Very disappointing and wasted time. I have an iPhone 13, so I know my GPS is working. This company appears to not even tested their self tour option, or didnt set it up for this property. Now this company has all my information, DL, credit card, and I didnt receive the service I signed up for. Bad customer service!!

      Tricon residential Are scammers I paid 360 holding fee and application fees on my list it clearly said I want to move on August 12th because I am moving from another state. So instead of them saying that they can not hold the property did I want to proceed. They approved me with a move in by 8/4 they said thats the policy and I forfeit my money however they have emame 3 times about signing my lease or I loose my money where was this help befor stealing my money..

      We would like to thank **************** for taking the time to express her concerns regarding our application process. In the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by **************** when completing the application, Tricon Residential clearly states the following: The Lease start date must be within 10 days after approval. This requirement is applicable to all Approved Applicants, even if they have not seen the inside of the home.If youre approved and you choose not to move into the home, Tricon Residential will place the home back on the market for rent and the holding fee is forfeited.Unfortunately, the move-in date **************** requested was not within 10 days from the date her application was approved. ****************** application has been cancelled as she did not wish to sign the lease and move-in within the allowed time frame. We thank **************** for reaching out and providing us with an additional opportunity to clarify and wish her the best in all future endeavors.

      I understand your policy but a person applying cant really agree to the 10days if they dont know how long the approval would take otherwise I would have waited to apply 2nd why pay a holding fee upfront when you dont know if you will even be approved the house is still on the market 3rd you acknowledge my move in date so why was that not confirmed before taking a applicant's money. I feel as though this is a scam because I paid and lost 360. and you guys didn't take the house off line until I was approved so I paid 250 for you to hold the house 2 days. Not even a full 2 days because I wasn't advised until late in the day 7/26 and the lease was canceled 5pm 28th. Your policy may say this but you didn't confirm my move request before processing my application. So regardless of what the paperwork says its not ethical and its under handed.

      So far so good movin in was kind of a hassle due to the house I was looking into wasnt ready but the property manager *********************** was very apologetic and got me into something different. He was extremely helpful when I had questions. The rent is a bit much lol but I appreciate your services **************** ????
