    I have never been more frustrated with a company not willing to cancel the service. I requested cancellation in November of 2022 and in July 2023 was billed for a full subscription. Their reason being I did not state why I wanted to cancel the service. This company takes advantage of people and I would not recommend the service.

    I have been trying to Cancel and Unsubscribe for months but the link will NOT allow me access and there is NO phone # to speak to anyone. This company ***** and they continue to take $ from my account and will not allow me access to cancel and unsubscribe. I would leave a zero rating if I could. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE

    Typical cheap reacuring service fee that tricks you into thinking you have canceled then after you find out they are still billing you, set aside a good hour and your frustration to cancel this service. Basically a free trial will cost you about ****** if you dont click the right button at cancelation.. click the red button instead of the green thats the fish hook, the changed the color of the buttons to fool you

    I decided to cancel my membership as I no longer wanted to receive there services at $9.95 per month. I did this through their chat. They kept trying to offer a discount. I said no and cancel subscription. They still tried to get me to keep it and I said no and to cancel. The man said he sent an email which I never received even after checking my spam folder as well. When I tried a second time the same man said it could take up to an hour. I said its been several hours and I want it cancelled. He sent me to a supervisor in which I kept being told they could offer me a discount price to continue. I kept saying NO and to cancel. After several attempts she said shell send me a cancellation email to proceed. I reverified my email with her. I kept saying I didnt receive in my inbox or spam. Finally I contacted Apple support with a screenshot of me trying to cancel to get this removed from my account. I recommend taking screenshots of any conversation to cover yourself. Do not buy this product!

    I try to stop my subscription, and talk to the support department, they said they will send me confirmation to sign within 60 mins, but never receive, I call again, and again, and they keep on telling me the same every time. Until now still same. So dont subscribe it.

    The first time I had ever heard of this company was when my bank informed me of a possible fraudulent charge. 11 times in just 2 months they tried to charge my account $119. A steep price for a company id not only never heard of but also advertises their price to be a mere $19/ Year

    ************* Went round and around trying to cancel my subscription. Talked to lady on phone. Tried 2x going through LiveChat Support with supposed people named - ****** ****** and *********************. Gave direct instructions to cancel my subscription and refund my money back to my credit card. The response was just continued offers to keep my business, even though I told them that I did not want to continue this line of communication. My request was simple. When I finally said that I would be reporting for non-compliance to my request, then I was told to check my email again with cancellation directions. All that email said was directions for starting the circle again of going nowhere.To cancel it is better to go direct to your method of payment and deny the charge.

    I've had to go without food because TotalAV anti-virus has been charging me every month, although I've got no recollection of signing up for it, don't use it and have made numerous requests, practically begging for them to stop charging me! I don't even know how or why they have access to my PayPal in the first place! :'(

    I purchased the discount Antivirus and VPN, regular $100 (approximately) for $39.00. The Customer # ******** and Invoice # ***********. After paying and downloading, the download is for the free version. There's no way to talk to anyone when you call and at the help site, there's no way to even send a email or chat. I am wanting what I paid for or for my charge of $39.00 to be returned. I should have come to the BBB before having this frustration.

    I installed their anitvirus, instantly my computer was extremely slow, I gave it a couple of days thinking it might do all it needed to to work properly, however computer remained slow. I uninstalled it and the computer worked perfectly.Although they have a 30 day refund policy they have not refunded my initial fee. Also they automatically set you up for annual payments, of which I was able to stop. They are difficult to contact, and seemingly unwilling to give a refund. I have windows 8.1 but they were aware of that prior to my purchase. I will not do business with them again
