    Unfortunately, all of the other sites and reviews on TotalAV are bots because there is no way that they would be rated more than a 1-star. This company and the products they sell are a scam, they continue to charge you after youve cancelled multiple times, and make it and impossible to speak with a representative, because quite frankly, they dont actually have any Im sure. Im going to have to mark their charges as fraudulent with my credit card company, thats how much of a headache this has become.

    I cancelled once saw I was charged. Unable to cancel. Now getting email to reactvate. Tried to speak to a person and was disconnected when explained issue. Never did get a refund

    Unauthorized charge for $119. Advised my bank to stop payment. I tried contacting TotalAV by email (I like everything in writing when dealing with a company like this. Their support takes you to an offer to buy their software.I refuse to pay these crooks and will make no further attempt to contact them.

    Total AV is a shady and crooked company. In 2021, I purchased a computer protection product for $29. I thought that I would get a reminder to renew it. In 2022, they billed me for 119 dollars. I asked for a refund via email. They issued a response that was sent to my Promotions folder, saying that if I cancel my account, my computer would be unprotected. And they did not issue a refund. I understand there was this lapse in communication, but why are they raising their price from 29 to 119 dollars???I thought I cancelled my payment to them via Paypal. But today, they took out 159 dollars??? Why is the price of this product increasing? On Paypal, they provided a statement saying that customers like me who want a refund should write to their billing department. When I did this, I just received a generic email telling me to go to their help page. On this page, there are no directions for getting a refund. I went to their chat support. And the guy kept arguing with me saying that he sent me an email with a cancel link for me to get my refund of 159 dollars. I received a confirmation email saying that my account was cancelled, but no link to get my refund. All they had to do was give me a refund via PayPal. I ended up reporting these jerks to Paypal. What a hassle. Do NOT do business with this company.

    TotalAV Billing has been atrocious! Even 1 star is too good for this service!Their *** has been getting worse every year I had it.I asked to cancel just my *** service but keep AV until that subscription runs out in September.I was told on May 26 that they would set my *** service to disable the auto renew status and I should rest assured that I would NOT be charged when it normally would have been renewed on June 10. I have a copy of chat session when this was requested.On June 10 I was charged for *** service which I had stopped using almost 2 months earlier and requested it be cancelled on May 26.On June 10 I chatted again with TotalAV requesting I be refunded the *** charges. First they tried to 'give' me more services I didn't want. Finally they agreed to just refund the $49.50 charge for ***. I also have a copy of this chat session in which I clearly specify I want the *** service cancelled & refunded. And that I didn't want any of their services except AV.On June 13 I log on my computer to find that they also decided to cancel my AV subscription. When I chatted with them about that on June 13 they said I requested my whole account to be cancelled when I said nothing about cancelling AV on June 10. Even when I presented parts of June 10 chat session that clearly only talked about cancelling ***, they said only thing I could do now is to purchase a new AV subscription for something I had already paid for several more months.Then before I could respond to this they ended the session.I have copies of all my chat sessions with names & times I chatted with TotalAV staff.

    I purchased Total AV Antivirus because the cost for one year was $29.00. After using it for a while I had decided not to renew my subscription and was wondering how long I had signed up for as an expiration notification never came. Unfortunately, it was something I did not follow up on until today. As it turns out my subscription was on auto renewal. I could stomach that; however what I can not stomach is that the second year instead of $29.00 the cost of the renewal for one year was $99.00 and this third year it renewed for $159.00! Unlike other virus protection, I received no notification of the pending renewal or the huge price increase. Needless to say I am dissatisfied with Total AV.

    TOTAL AV is a SCAM! They have zero customer service, and their product is FAKE!!! Call your bank and tell them to refuse to accept charges from this BS company!

    I bought the yearly subscription from Total Adblocker on 01/09/2023 for $19. However, in mid-May, it stopped working/ blocking any ads while I browsed any website ******** yahoo, ********* I tried to contact by their two customer service line listed for technical support. However, it dropped after suggesting that I check whatever technical help they listed on their website (which is for Android support, not PC desktop, kind of the problem I am facing. Still, I tried to follow it, but, It did not work). It appears that they do not have anyone to provide customer service after they take your money unless you want to buy a new subscription. Last week I sent them an email asking for help. However, I am still waiting for their response while constantly facing the problem.Their customer service process is misleading and unprofessional. I am stuck and am trying to figure out what to do now.

    *************. Impossible to cancel. They Never send the links and/or send verification codes to cancel. Keep putting you in one maze after another without getting anywhere. Had to cancel by withdrawing my PayPal account auto payment. Boy did they respond swiftly to that. STAY AWAY
