    ZERO -5 The 1 star is the minimum rated review, if a star is not selected your response will not be accepted.Great way for a bad company forcing theirs elves on unsuspecting people looking for security only to get bamboozled to a product that has you waste time and money getting unsubscribed and credited for a lot more than $2 dispute change cards .Just remember if its to good to be true; usually it is as no way 2 bucks can do all that. Read the agreement better YET DELETE FROM PHONE ALTOGETHER BE GLAD YOU WERE NOT CAUGHT UP IN THE VORTEX PUTTING YOU IN A POSITION OF SAVING AND OR KEEPING A GOOD CREDIT RATING.IF YOU ARE CAUGHT UP IN THE VORTEX, CHALLENGE DISPUTE STATEMENT AND GET NEW CARD IMMEDIATELY NOT TAKING CHANCE FOR HAVING FRAUDULENT CHARGES. BE SAFE PROTECT YOUR CREDIT USE DISCOVER THEIR EXCELLENT HANDLING DISPUTES AND WORK WITH MAKING IT RIGHT.     I think these people are scammers and should be shut down. I visited ***** site. Decided against it. Then I got hit up for an account. $39.95. ******* declined it and issued me a new card. Then they debited my new card. How they goy that I don't know. Then they wanted me to pay $15.95 to cancel an account I never opened. And when you call them all you get is ab endless number of people and the run around. If this continues I am going to report them. They need to be shut down. And they advertised for $2.00 but it's not. Have also seen advertisemen that it's free. **** . They need to be shut down.....serously

    Total AV is either scamming people or someone is using them to scam people. Twice they have tried to charge my credit card for services I have not purchased, ever. I have never done business with Total AV and didn't even know who they were. I even cancelled my credit card and got a new one and they immediately tried to charge that one. I have no idea how they are getting these credit card numbers and I have reported them for fraudulent charges. I don't believe this is a case of stolen identity as I'm not having any other problems with anything. I'm going to change my email address again and see if this helps. These people must be stopped, they're stealing money from others for unauthorized services.

    Do not get involved with TotalAV, they will bill you forever and make it difficult to impossible to totally terminate.

    They appear to be taking advantage of elderly people. I have elderly Aunt that I have DPOA for and have verified that she does not have this software on her phone and or her computer which has been in storage for over 16 months. I reached out to Total AV on September 11, 2024 and they issued a series of refunds totaling $370.99 and agreed to close the account. On September 12, 2024 they recharged her account $370.99 for the software that she does not have and does not use.We want this canclled.

    I have used this company for almost 4 years, my computer crashed and I lost everything I had, so I went with a different software company that covers antivirus which I was told that I no longer needed Total AV, I cancelled online and called to see if they could issue me a refund or at least prorate it because my renewal date was just 2 months ago and the guy on the phone said i didn't qualify because I needed to do so within the 30 days of renewal, this situation with my computer crashing was completely out of my control. I would never recommend them, customer service is not friendly by any means! too me they are crooks

    I had a small dealing with them years ago and canceled them. Last year they tried to renew the subscription I'd canceled but my credit card said 'No' This year they tried again and my card company made me cancel my card and do the New Card thing. I'm not pleased with them at all.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with your service. Despite canceling my subscription, I have been charged for the upcoming year, and I have been unable to obtain a refund. I have attempted to contact your customer support multiple times, but to no prevail lack of communication is very frustrating and unprofessional. I request an immediate resolution to this issue. Please confirm the cancellation of my subscription and process my refund at your earliest convenience. I expect a prompt response to this matter.
