    Offered lower price than charged. Would not answer email. I suspect there are no humans involved. I would strongly ***** clear of this app. I should have read their revues first. They get you to sign up for a small amount then charge your card for ten times the amount. I am going to spend the next year spreading the word about them. I gave one star because they were smart enough to cheat me.

    Hey A while ago I cancelled my subscription. I was told it was cancelled.The card I had connected to the account, which was cancelled, had low funds for a long time because I wasnt using it. But I just added more funds a few days ago.And I was just charged $159.00 by you guys? What is this? I was told it was cancelled.I cancelled it, again, through the website. Yet ******* says it was still active. IDK if you guys have some problem with your system but this is insane.Speaking of *******, I then reached out to you guys through a live chat, and the support agent(*******) was of absolute no use. All she did is try to give me discounts and completely ignored my problem.I need my subscription actually cancelled this time and a refund for my $159, this is insane.

    Dear [Company Name] Customer Service,I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from your Total AV. I am particularly concerned about the removal of the online Chat feature and the lack of available email addresses for direct communication. Additionally, attempts to reach your support team by phone have been unsuccessful.In this digital age, I find it unacceptable for a company to disregard customer needs to such an extent. The support system, comprised of frequently asked questions, is poorly designed and fails to address the numerous issues we encounter with the product. It is extremely frustrating that there is no way to speak directly with a technician, an associate, or even a receptionist.My subscription is set to expire in September 2024, but due to the substandard service I have experienced, I am compelled to cancel it. The volume of customer complaints I've seen is alarming. Had I reviewed the feedback on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before subscribing to Total AV, I would have avoided this unnecessary stress.Please consider this review a customer complaint.

    This company sends over 30 texts a day threatening that if I don't join their security service my phone will be turned off. I am a senior and this is very stressful.

    This business keeps putting unauthorized charges on my credit card its supposed to be $19.99 for the year they just charged my card $155.00 when I called them they gave me the run around and hung on me. I don't recommend this business there crooks!

    these people are awful. I was trying to fidn a good replacement for ****** and I found them on a tech review site.I was trying to ask for my money back and the dude kept advertising their c*** instead!I just want to get my refund and move on

    They force you through popups and silently get your subscription on the pretext of try for free. They start charging you and they do not provide information to cancel. They will auto renew and claim that you purchased. I would give negative stars if I could.

    I did not authorize auto renewal and they refused to delete my account. Am being charged for a service and they will not cancel the subscription.
