    The only problem with this rating system is that you cannot give zero stars. I absolutely agree with all of the comments about the impossibility of canceling your subscription online. I finally got a phone number from the BBB website and saw my experience echoed by every person who wrote a review. Despite my best efforts to terminate the charges online I continued to be charged on my credit card. When I finally reached a live person I was advised that he could not find the account and could not make any chage. Anyone know a good class action lawyer in *******************?

    I'm not a customer of ********************** AV. These pop*** keep on showing up on my phone from them stating that my Chrome account will be locked up unless I take action now. It's an add for Total AV wanting me to pay for their services to clean up my phone and rid it of the viruses. I have ****** and ran a diagnostic. My phone is 100% clean of any viruses. These pop-*** continue to show up on my phone! It's very annoying ?? This company is trying to scam people into paying for services that are unnecessary!

    SCAM Negative 5 Stars if BBB scale allowed it. It looks to me more like TotalAV is a virus parading itself online as the best anti-virus software around. Wrong. I uninstalled it and still constantly get pop *** telling me to activate Web Shield and reactivate their "software". I even get pop *** on separately lap top on which I never installed TotalAV. No access to a real person at this company, only "No Reply" emails urging me to reactivate. Nobody answers phone at Venice, CA alleged office.

    I tried Total AV. I wasn't happy with the service. I tried to cancel finally I got a refund. Then they billed me again! I tried to cancel the subscription again and again 3x. They make it hard to cancel and they are now using a fake email. But it still is billing me! I want my money back and them to STOP billing me!

    I would give a negative star rating if it was available. I dont like a company that wont provide a phone number to call for customer service. Two years in a row they have charged me over $150.00 for my subscription. Their service isnt worth $40.00 annually let alone >$150.00 annually. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

    TotalAV caused my bank to block them because of a fraud alert. I had to get a new bank card because TotalAV kept hitting my account after I cancelled my subscription. Run away from this company.

    I wanted to try TotalAV so I signed up thinking I would only be charged 39 dollars. I was charged with 3 separate charges on my bank account. I was charged $39.00 twice and a charge of $29.00. I would have never subscribed to TotalAV at this cost. I feel I have been scammed and want to make sure they cant charge my account again. A refund would be great.

    It is impossible to cancel your subscription on their site. They give you instructions but they do not match your site when you log in. Total av started charging me for two years after I cancelled the account. They wont refund me because I didnt cancel with in 30 days and it is not for lack of trying and thinking I again cancelled it. I never chose to renew my subscription initially they just do it They are very misleading ** I did not authorize them to charge charge my cards or continue my subscriptions cards They are very crooked and fraudulent

    I talked to Total AV a year ago. They agreed to cancel my coverage & remove my payment information. I do not want their protection they agreed & guess what charged me $119 again this year so obviously didnt remove my payment info. They did this in a phone conversation. I want my $ refunded & info removed
