    I canceled the service about 6 months ago and I have now been billed an "Automatic Renewal". This is for a service I did not agree to, for Automatic Renewal. Also, the service is not in effect. My bank, on my request has refused to pay the $155.00 and ****** has taken the position (I do not know why) that AdBlock is entitled to the payment. This is to me a clear case of FRAUD and ****** is also involved in supporting fraud, It has been impossible to reach a human representative at either TotalAdBlock or ******. This complaint is also intended to include ******

    At some point in 2022 i elected to purchase the total adblock product, i thought i had cancelled the product. The company resumed charging me in 2025 and i have tried calling the and going throught thjeir website to cancel to nop avail.

    Aggressive pop up ads and misleading spam mail from total adblock made me believe my device and personal information were under attack and pressured me into their service with false claims and I am unable to cancel services or stop being billed. They also charge me for premium membership and my account is still the free version which has not taken any action at all on my behalf except try and charge me more money

    The total Adblock company charges me a ***** garage on my **************** every month I have never signed into their scout even by I have call several times to cancel anything and have them quit charging my card. They say the same thing each time we do not show any previous contacts but we will cancel all charges now at which time they try to get me to take a lower cost. They dont remove the charges its impossible to contact them unless you use a billing number they are basically a scam and should be prosecuted for their predatory and fraudulent business practices

    If you sign up for their service be prepared to spend a lot of time getting rid of it if you want to cancel. They will bill you even after you have terminated their service. After canceling check your credit card billing monthly.

    These are monthly recurring charges of $11.99, and $9.95 that are debited every month. This company is able to get new bank card numbers from **** every time her card is canceled and reissued! (This is explained in further detail below.) The last two charges were made to her account on 4-25-2025 and 4-21-25.

    i purchased a subscription from totaladblock for$1.99. i was than referred to their website. some how i ended up with two more services. one for $38.98 and one for $29.00, which i thought were annual fees. i called to cancel these services, but was told that these were monthly fees and i would not receive any refunds since i was calling after the 14-day refund policy because these were " add on services". i what full refunds as their website is very deceiving. they lead you to buying more services, and do not mention a 14 day refund policy or mention anything about "add on services", verses a 30 day refund policy for "base services", which also not defined.

    I recently cancelled my subscription to total adblock because of financial reasons. you did this also last time. Now the only ad I want to get rid of is total Adblock. EVERY SCREEN HAS A PARTAIAL OR COMPLETE PAGE TELLING ME MY SUSCRIPTION HAS EXPIERED. I CANCELED IT! IT MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING WHEN ALL IM DOING IS BLOCKING OUT YOUR CONSTANT POP ****** ON EVERY SCREEN. THIS NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY!!     The reason you are experiencing pop-*** may be that the Total Adblock extension is still installed in your browser. To address this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Open your browser and access the extension menu. This can often be found by clicking on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of your browser.
    2. Scroll down to Extensions and select Manage Extension 
    3. In the menu, locate 'Total Adblock.' 
    4. From the context menu that appears, select 'Remove' or 'Uninstall.' This action will remove the extension from your browser.

    By following these steps, you should be able to successfully remove the extension and eliminate the pop-*** you've been encountering.

    We work with third-party advertisers who will provide pop-*** advertising our products, these types of pop-*** we are unable to control. 

    If you would like us to conduct a data deletion for your profile, we can do this upon request.

    Totaladblock charges my debit card every month for $14.99 and upon further investigation, my account has been closed however they keep charging my debit card and I cannot contact them through their billing department.

    The refund of $14.99 is currently underway. Typically, it should reflect in your account within 48 hours. However, please be mindful that, depending on your bank, it might take up to 7 working days.

    In accordance with our refund policy, full refunds are only available if a 12-month plan is cancelled within 30 days, or if a monthly plan is cancelled within 14 days. Refunds for any additional services also require cancellation within 14 days of payment. As we did not receive any communication from you within these timeframes, we are unable to issue a refund for any charges outside of the money-back guarantee period.

    You will receive a separate email confirming the cancellation and refund of your most recent subscription. Please be sure to check both your inbox and spam folders for this message.
