    I paid for total adblock for almost a year. Even paid fpr additional options does not block ads. I attempted to cancel my subcription, their "contact us" page is cumbersome and does not provide a cancel subscription selection. I finally just stopped payment on paypal. I cant find a way to close my account on their site, it keeps sending you back to the same places with no easy way to close your account. What can I do?

    Total Adblock was never ordered. They stole $39, $39, then $2.99 since January 9, 2023. When contacted, they refuse to refund the money the took from me, an elderly citizen who is disabled. They have totally taken advantage of me and refuse to fix the issue. I am on a fixed disability income and they continues to take money from me without my permission even after contacting them to cease.

    On Mar 03, 2023 they charged my bank account using my mastercard number with an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE of $120.07 I have tried to contact them with this problem but I have received no satisfaction There is a notation on charge which reads ******* GB **** and a number ****** I have asked them to withdraw this charge and return my money. Moreover their adblock system does not work well. I have many unwanted ads.

    On 12/31/2022 I purchased total Adblock $2.99, I had the option of canceling the service before 1/31/2023. I called total Adblock and also emailed them that I wanted to cancel the service on 1/30/2023. They informed me that they would send me a link within 24 hours so that I could cancel the service. They never sent me the link so I called again. Still they sent no link. I just want to cancel the Total Adblock service *************************** *************************

    Complaint against Total Adblock Online ad blocking company. Total Adblock advertised a one year subscription for $1.99 to block ads from any app on all your devices. On 11/15/2022, I subscribed to the app and paid the $1.99 with PayPal. On 12/15/2022, my PayPal account was hit for $9.99 by Total Adblock. I sent them an email saying I did not authorize that payment and that I expected it to be returned. The money was not returned and I got no response from them. Today, 1/15/2023, my PayPal account was hit for $9.99 again. I have sent another email to them. On top of all this the app never worked to remove ads. I have had just as many or more ads, so I removed the app from my device. I have read reviews on Total Adblock where many others have ad the same issue. Please help me stop this this company from ripping off myself and others.*******************

    I can confirm that we did send you a number of emails to help get Total Adblock installed, but no installation of the application was ever completed, which explains why you were unable to get this working.

    I purchased the total adblock adblocker online. I have since decided to cancel my accout and the reoccuring subscription fees. I have contacted ********************************** several times with a cancelation re1uest. All they do is refer me to their ***** center online. Three times I have been in the total adblock online chat and chatted with a rep that always says " I'll refer you to another person that will help you with that. And I wait in the chat for hours. No one ever gets back to me. I'm not asking for a refund. I merely want to cancel my account and stop my bank accoutn from being debited for $9.99 a month. The order number for this purchase is: ********. I want them to cancel my account and stop debiting my bank account. I never even installed the software. I changed my mind about using it after reading online reviews after purchasing it. Thank you. ***

    Total Adblock withdraw **** from my bank account on 12/18 I talked to them and they said they were going to put back in my account and did not I have heard and seen other complaints about this company so I thought I would contact you because you guys get action done thank you
