I tried to cancel online but wouldn't let me. Called customer support and advised I had to cancel as some of my apps, like some games etc. would not let me access. They argued about it, but said ok. Then I saw that they wouldn't remove until June when year up. Told him I wanted it off immediately. Very mad at me, but did it. Since then I am being totally harassed. Every time I turn on computer or go to different site, I get a pop up that actually blocks part of my screen. They have somehow managed to override the pop-up blocker in my computer. Offering major discounts etc. non stop. At least 40 times per day and I don't even spend all day on computer. I get no other pop *** from anywhere else. They seem to have hacked into my computer blocker.

    Hi *****,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we truly appreciate the information you've shared.

The reason you are experiencing pop-*** is that the Total Adblock extension is still installed in your browser. To address this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Open your browser and access the extension menu. This can often be found by clicking on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of your browser.
    2. Scroll down to Extensions and select Manage Extension
    3. In the menu, locate 'Total Adblock.'
    4. From the context menu that appears, select 'Remove' or 'Uninstall.' This action will remove the extension from your browser.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully remove the extension and eliminate the pop-*** you've been encountering.

We work with third-party advertisers who will provide pop-*** advertising our products, these types of pop-*** we are unable to control.

    Kind regards,
    Total Adblock, ************* team

I subscribed to three (3) TOTAL Adblock services. onJanuary 12 and 14 respectively. Costs were, $38.96 (total password) $38.98 (total devices) and $19.00 for totaladblock. I Decided I didn't want any of them and contacted the company on February 7. I was able to cancel annual renewal on line, however I needed to call customer service to request a refund since I had the services for less than 30 days. The company represent refunds can would be made for cancellations within 30 days of initiation for annual subscribers. After a long wait I was connected with an Indian representative who offered a $19.00 refund. It appears, but one is never informed at the outset and in writing, that only total adblock is refundable. Any "additions" are not. I find the practice highly deceptive and I would like to receive a full refund.

    Hi *****,
Thanks for contacting TotalAV via the Better Business Bureau.
I have read your complaint and reviewed your account and can see where you did speak to a member of our team on 7th February 2025.
What our agent informed you of is correct, you have 30 days to let us know if you don't want to continue with the main service and will be entitled to a full refund. However, for addons, our policy only allows a refund within 14 days of notice. Since your request for a refund was over 14 days, but under 30 days, you are only entitled to a refund for the main subscription of which you have already been issued.
You can find this in our terms and conditions of which you agreed to upon signing up here: **********************************************

I have emailed customer service, help center, and not sure what the other one was, several times trying to get help and refunded. I asked if they could take one of the charges off and keep the other, but would like to be refunded what I was being over charged. They would email me (sometimes) and tell me to get ahold of the help center and then they would tell me to get ahold of someone else. Just nothing but a big run around. They still have not helped or refunded me and just charged me again this month. So now I want to cancel it all. I would now like to have all charted refunded for the inconvenience and not receiving any help like I should have. Maybe they will help the next person that asks for help instead of giving them the run around. At first, it was a yearly fee that I paid. Then it raised so I changed it to monthly. I also got a tablet and a laptop. Was told I could use it on all my devices. I downloaded it on the others and that is when I started getting the two charges a month. Asked for help yet again, and still nothing! Asked again and again and still no help or refund. So I want to cancel all of it, get refunded and put it all behind me and be done with it. Thank you and I hope I will finally get someone to help me.

After four days of trying it I didn't like it at all so I started trying to remove it. Had to talk to somebody online through customer service chat and they told me the problem was resolved.I also asked them to cancel my subscription. This was before my week was up. And then I noticed they took money out the following week. I called him talk to them and asked them to please Is my money and to cancel the subscription. Supposedly they took care of that and told me that it should show in my bank account depending on my bank 3 to 5 business days. Well , it never returned so since then i've been Sending emails asking them to cancel my subscription and return my money.
