      This company went above and beyond for my family. Reached out to ************************* owner of company and asked for help getting my heater fixed. The heater had been down for four days and ****** sent out an employee the next day and had my heater running within a couple hours. I highly recommend this company for any AC or Heater work. Fast, reliable, trustworthy, friendly. It was a great experience from start to finish. The technician ******** was on time, introduced himself, explained to me what his process was and went straight to work. Five stars all day.

      Excellent service experience. We had Comfort Now come out to do our winter service on our HVAC and to compare what another service had found. Who was trying to hard sell us on major work needing done on a 3yr old unit. We didnt tell ****** (the tech.) what the other company had found until after he was finished. ****** presented us with his findings which was 1 very minor issue (dusty). He gave us an overview of everything he did which matched what the other company had done. He also was very informative on how everything was working. We then told him what the other company had said. He stated that our 3yr old unit was working as it should be. Over all ****** was very polite, knowledgeable & listened to our concerns about what the other company had found.

      An absolute pleasure was had, and having this company at our home to service our heater *** was a exemplary technician, and provided every bit of necessary information, and then some, and also informed us of issues and problems with our system as well. We couldnt avast for a better quality service.
