I originally ordered Trugrit weight equipment from best buy since they were having a deal. I spent $1,500 and had no issues. A couple weeks later I then ordered additional Matching Trugrit equipment directly from Trugrit on their website. I spent a couple hundred dollars and had no issues. A month a so after that I proposed to my Fianc and the next day I finished off my weight collection by placing one more order with ******* manufacturer, again directly from their website. The plan was to use all this equipment to get in awesome shape before the wedding instead of having to buy a gym membership and still have the equipment later to use. This time I spent $700 on November 11th, 2022 and I have yet to received those items. *** contacted them and they said it was still coming. I even received an email back in February saying they hadn't forgot about me. My wedding is now over and I want my money back and refunded all the equipment I wasted time and money on buying from BestBuy! What a complete waste of life and discouragement to anyone like myself who wanted to get in shape and better my life health wise.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on 10/7/22 in the amount of $135.00. The order number was *******. I the order has never arrived. I have sent multiple emails but have still not received the ordered items. The last response from the business was 6/2/23 and they stated they had a change in executive management and were working tirelessly to fulfill my order. On 2/11/23 I placed an online order for 2 pair of Dumbells from Trugrit Fitness. I received one pair. The other pair (55lb) I still havent received as of 6/23/23. They tell me they dont have the merchandise. On 5/9/23 they told me I could request a refund and I did. They told me it would take a month. I havent received the refund. Today after a lengthy online chat with them Im told they are bankrupt and basically Im in line to get paid but so are many people and they arent sure when I will be given back my money. On September 24th I purchased some dumbbells from this company. It is now June 2nd and I have not received the dumbbells or a refund. *** sent in several emails and a voicemail to be called back. I received an email back stating it would take time for a refund and to be patient. That email was in May 30th. I have been patient enough. Order# ******* placed on 11/14/2022 and paid $112.98 including shipping costs. To date, nearly 6 months later, I have not yet received my order. I have contacted support multiple times via email and have not received any answers. When I call the toll-free number listed on their website I have been placed on hold for hours at a time with no one picking up the phone. That being said, I can't even get in contact with anyone to just issue me a refund yet alone give me an update as to when I might receive my order. On November 14, 2022, I ordered $1,024.77 USD worth of dumbbells from this company. It is now May of 2023, and not a single ******** has arrived. I have tried contacting the various support channels; however, not a single avenue for directly contacting the business has yielded a single response.The company appears to have filed for bankrupty; however, they are still selling fitness equipment on their website and on Amazon. Date of transaction was 10/05/22. I have provided a screenshot of the transaction. We ordered multiple things from ******* and received some items a few months later; however, over 6 months later we have not received the full order and are requesting a billing adjustment for two items. I have tried to reach out to them; however have had little luck trying to reach them by email and by phone. These items I am requesting a refund for are circled in the pictures I have provided. They are the Hex Elite TPU dumbells-50lbs pair and Bumper Plate and Barbell Bundle-Comp Set- 45lb Bar. Pictures of the amount of these specific items are also provided on the pictures with the first being $174.99 which at the time was on sale for $149.99 and the other $851.99. We also used a coupon for 25% off entire order. Which would bring these two items together at approximately $751.49 NOT including taxes and approximately $805.97 including the ***** tax rate in *********. The order number is ******* and the email used on date of purchase was ************************* however, for billing information it was under the name *******************************. Placed an order with the business, was told that it was delayed to due shipping and covid_19 pandemic impact after I inquired about the status of the order months after order was placed. Was told that the items were still going to be shipped, to date, I have never received the items. The company will not respond to inquiries, not customer service available via chat or telephone or social media.
