I placed an oder Oct. 30th. The last update I received in ******* was that my order would ship soon. Now the ignore email, do not return calls and ignore online chats. I've asked for a refund but get no response.Initial Complaint

So I bought a bike from trugrit in November. They shipped a bike but I never received it due to a *** package mishandling and the box was damaged very bad. So *** returned the item. At that point I called Tru grit and they shipped a new one using *** again. At this point 5 weeks went by and I moved from the from on home to a new one and I needed them to redirect the shipment to my new home. *** just never delivered it and I called trugrit to get my money back. They said they would cancel the order but it has to go through there accounting office. Its now been almost 3 months and I still never received a refund and when I call they dont return my calls emails or social media interactions. The last time I spoke to someone on the phone they said it looked like I got the package but I did not and I just want my money back. We are going through a tough time as a country as far as money goes and you think a business would do the right thing and return funds to a hardworking person. But I guess Im wrong. I order (Order #*******) product from Tru Grit on November 10, 2022 and never received one of the products (Bumper Plate and Barbell Bundle $699.99). I was notified 1/11/2023 the order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. On 1/13/23 I was notified it would take **** business days. It is now 2/15/2023 and have not received my refund. Additionally, ******** has abandoned me as a customer, not answering calls, emails, social media messaging, or online chat options. I originally ordered some weight equipment and dumbbells on 8/7/22. The order was partially completed. The remaining dumbbells were back ordered. I have sent multiple emails and called multiple times and left messages trying to get an update. I did finally receive one return call on 1/5/23. I was told that they were not expecting any shipments with the backordered dumbbells. And that I would receive a refund. I have not received that refund, and I have not had any return calls or emails since that time. I just want to get my refund on the dumbbells that have never been delivered. I had purchased a fitness bike for around $550. When it came to poorly packaged rusted and missing many pieces. It looked to be a very shoddy craftsmanship too which is a problem with exercise bikes as it could lead to injury. When I tried to contact them but return shipping they said it was my responsibility and sent no shipping label. If I would have went through *** or other mailing services it would have cost me $500 to ship the bike back. Instead I found a local business that charged me only around $200. Once I sent it back they stopped replying to my messages. I filed the dispute with PayPal that is still ongoing to get my money back that went through them. However I had paid the shipping to The local company through my credit card and therefore I cannot dispute it with my credit card company. In January I found out that true grit fitness blocked my phone number and other methods of communication so I'm unable to contact them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order In ApriL 2022 with Tru Grit Fitness for items that were back ordered with the expectation they would ship by end of summer. Fast forward to date and I have yet to receive the items, over 9 months later. I have emailed for responses and updates on my order. The last response I received from ******** was on 12/2/2022 by a *********************** who indicated the order would ship "next week." It is now 1/18/23 and I have not received the items in question, I have not received tracking nor have I even received an email advising of additional delays. I have since sent 3 emails requesting an update on this expectation they set and have been ignored. I ordered an Air Resistance Exercise Grit Bike from Tru Grit Fitness on 12/12/2022. I received the package on 12/20/2022 completely torn up. There were parts missing and damaged parts. I have reached out to customer service via email the next day. I received an email back from customer service (*****) saying she has forwarded the request to a Project Manager. Since I have not received any email communication. I have also stared a message through instagram with a customer service rep, i believe the same person (*****) is responding. Initially she called me back from a message on Instagram i sent her, and was suppose to receive replacement parts as well as new hardware so i could put the bike together, but i got no confirmation email and still have not received any parts. It has been over 30 days and now i requested a full refund as they have not solved my issue. I was told that a refund will be ordered for me and i asked when that would be processed and if I can get a confirmation number - i was told I would get that on Monday. I am not getting ahold of anyone via phone, email, or social media messaging anymore and have not received replacement parts or a refund. I would like the company to reach out to me and process a refund for the damaged and unusable item they sent me.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item from this company while the company was having a sale. Additionally, I had a coupon code for sale items that was applied to my purchase. Tru Grit shipped me an item that had clearly been returned to them due to manufacturing defects. The item was also missing the majority of its pieces (hardware, monitor screen, etc) like someone else had tried and failed to assemble it, and it was also very badly damaged in transport. The product was completely unusable. I attempted to contact ******** multiple times in their preferred contact methods to resolve this issue, none of which worked until I left a public comment on their social media account. After that ******** went in circles, first promising to ship the missing pieces, then a completely new item. The second item "shipped" but never arrived. I was then promised a refund. I haven't received my refund and Tru Grit is no longer responding to my requests for a status update. I believe that ******** made a mistake with their coupon code and was upset to provide the item I purchased at the price I received. They are now withholding my refund and forcing me to carry interest on several hundred dollars. On 19 July 2022 I paid $253.27 for a set of 50 lb and 55 lb dumbbells. The order still has not shipped (as of 15 Jan 2023). The company does not answer their phones at all, and they do not reply to emails. As a result, I am unable to begin the refund process.
