    BUYER BEWARE, After purchase support is horrible. Bought a Delta Pro, and received it on Friday, Software updates bricked my unit opened a support case First thing Monday (support is not available on weekends) support agent said it would need to be sent in to be repaired. They followed up with an email to collect my shipping details and product information and sent it to them 30 minutes later. It has now been 5 business days or a total of 60 business hours since their support operates from 9AM EST to 9PM EST. I have called multiple times and I keep getting this run around about ******* New Year, which is 15 days long by the way. The agent confirmed all support that can actually do things besides just answer the phone and log your information is handled in *****. I am simply waiting for someone to send me a shipping label, a simple shipping label, and it can't be done cause of the ******* New Year. The is ridiculous how can you sell products globally and claim to be home backup solutions and not even be able to provide a customer a return shipping label in a timely manner. Ecoflow needs to get its act together and create a global support network and not put support that can do something in one region that takes 15 days off.

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars it would be more appropriate. I bought the Wave2 for camping. They use some pretty false advertising to imply that it will work for up to 8 hours using their add-on battery. THAT'S A LIE. Using the heater, it lasted just over 3 hours. I woke up cold. When I complained, they told me I should just plug it in to my car cigarette lighter to charge it. They even had the gall to tell me I should just run my car so it didn't drain my car battery. If I'm running my car while camping, I can use the car heater, I don't need a heater with a useless battery. The return process was a nightmare, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company and they kept telling me I needed to remove the dispute... But other reviews indicate that they are not reliable about giving refunds even after people return their product. 3 MONTHS LATER, AFTER MORE THAN 75 EMAILS (they rarely communicate by phone) and with their charges in dispute, they continue to tell me I need to remove the dispute in order to get a refund. I have now left it in the hands of Chase Credit Card. These people are dishonest and not to be trusted with credit card information!

    I purchased my Wave air conditioner/heater a week ago. Every day I emailed their support and expected my $200.00 worth of Ecocredits to be applied to the sale, but it seems that they must have someone ripping customers off. I never got this resolved, and no one at customer support want to give me my credit. I expect that I have lost my $200.00 due to criminal extortion in their billing department. I would not trust them again.

    Called warranty for Eco-flo ***** well pump that quit working several months after putchase.. Spent $321.00 plus tax from *************** **************** said cannot use warranty because I bought from company eco-flow doesn't sell to. SMH.

    Avoid at all costs!! $2000 for battery and solar panels. Had for two years but NEVER USED! Not even once. So technically still brand new!! No longer charges at all!! I contacted customer service and got an "oh well"! You can send it back at "your own" cost and we can have our technicians look at it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    Absolutely dismal product support. I've spent thousands of dollars on battery backup systems as well as one of this companies fancy frigerator. I asked for their assistance with one fo the Ecoflow Delta Pro's that would not accept the XT60 (solar) connect because the board is broken and pushes the pins and won't seat properly. They spent inordinate amount of time explaining that since I purchased their item on **** (their **** store), they aren't going to honor their product support. That's despite them saying in their ad that these units still get 2 years of support. I am NOT happy with this company and I'm hoping that others reading this will consider my feedback and find another product for their home. Horrible support and customer service!

    I bought this product Delta 2 *** and paid almost the full price in later September. I got a lemon. As soon as I plugged it in, I got this overload indicator on the screen. Called customer service support. It took almost a week for them to send me the label to have the unit sent back to them for exchange. It took a total of almost 3-4 weeks for me to have a new unit. To make long story short, they assign you to one person to deal with you and no other support person can do anything or answer your questions. I delt with this lady by the name *******. at one point she took one week to reply to my email saying she was on vacation. I called in the last 2 days requesting for the full refund and I wanted to return the unit I recevied. The support person on the phone tells me I must wait for *******'s email and they couldnt process the refund. Terrible customer sercice. They dont have a manager for you to speak to. I now want to buy another unit/brand but I am stuck with this one in my possession. If you like eco flow products, do yourself a favour and buy from ****** or amazon and you will get better service. Or buy a different brand all together. Very frustrating experience in terms of the quality of the product and the customer service.

    I've stopped purchasing Ecoflow products based on my recent bad post-purchase experience with them. Poor after-market service, poor return policies, defective issues, etc. Very disappointed with this company, since I did like my first unit...second unit, was the worse experience.

    The 12 volt charger stopped working. I have dealt with them since Aug, 16th....two months of emails as there is no other contact. One phone number for the whole company...no corporate number. Only the one number that takes you right to customer service and that is in ***************. Eventually sent to 'higher support' and that is in *****, They said in one email that they would send me a new one, I asked for tracking several times...then they said I had to send the defective one back first. They did not say I had to pay shipping....why would I have to pay shipping on their defective generator??? They then stopped corresponding with me on Wednesday and they are only available M-F. This is the worst customer service. The fact that there is no corporate directory, no one to contact at the US office in ************* says a lot about the credibility of this company.....never do business with them!!!I checked the phone number provided on this page and it just goes to voice messaging...no other info. Checked the address and it is a residential home in *************. This company is scamming.

    This company is junk. I bought a few units on Friday Sept 29th. Then on Monday Oct 2nd they announce a sale and won't credit me for the sale amount. Returning the machines is costly under their retun policy. I will still do that. I prefer to pay to return the machines than deal with this crooked company. Service is by email to ***** only.
