1 starWhat a nightmare dealing with ecoflow customer service! I own a number of ********************** products from numerous deltas with extra batteries to the wave and glacier. Thousands of dollars worth. I've sang their praises until I had an issue with the brand new dual fuel generator. I was able to send it back for a replacement and communication just stopped. I'm now on hold filing a claim with my credit card company. I've read the horror stories and now I'm a victim. So sad! I left Goal Zero and now it looks like I'll be avoiding ecoflow from here on out as well!Review fromCaleb M

1 starSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. The item did not last to a year. The customer service was not great and ******************** expects you to ship the item back to them in a box and padding that you have to provide and purchase in order to receive a "refurbished" battery. Stay away from EcoFlow and this company. Not a great experience. Don't waste your money!Review fromJoseph S

3 starsI purchased an Ecoflows Delta 2 ********* Station and Extra Battery in June 2023 and it seemed to work fine for two weeks. Then it didnt, it started shutting off my load (a refrigerator) every few minutes then turned it back on. I have now been dealing with their Customer Tech Support for 4 weeks, and it has been an ordeal. Both of my units, ******** have been shipped back to EcoFlow. My emails to the company get almost no response whatsoever. Finally I was told I would be receiving new replacement units, and it could take 2 weeks, (Looking like probably longer). At this point I just want a Full Refund. There is so much potential for this to be a great company, but their lack of positive customer service is undermining their ******* want a FULL REFUND.Review fromStewart W

1 starWe purchased a Delta Wave2 combination heating / cooling unit with a rechargeable battery. Sadly we needed to return it. Customer support is definitely lagging, ********************** doesn't seem to have sufficient staff to respond to customer complaints or queries. The units come with pulsating neon lights across the front which are impossible to turn off. We find it impossible to sleep in the same room which defeats the purpose of purchasing an air conditioner to be able to sleep in a cool room at night. 1 starI had a delta pro extra battery stop working, It died, and getting hold of customer support is a nightmare. They are quick to sale you something, but to support their products is another story. After a few days of trying, I finally got a person to answer, but they barely spoke English and just used words like elevate to another person. After a week I had talked to 3 different "support" people and they all sounded like high school kids working out of their bedroom in another country. One keep hitting the buttons on their phone making beeping noise. Not professionals at all. I have registered all my ecoflow products on their site, but all the tech kids said they can't access that, so what's the point of registering for the warranty. I really want to love this company, they have so much potential and seem to be the leader in solar, but when they cheap out tech support to what seems foreign kids that know nothing, I don't want to buy any more of their products. Such a sham, a potential great innovate company going to the *******. And I still don't have a shipping label to get it repaired. what a nightmare.Review fromRussell C

1 starordered a glacier fridge with battery from this company, ****** shows up with no battery. I call costumer serive and get told that the batteries are on back . I say that I should have been told that when I ordered the glacier and it should have been documented on the shipping invoice and the person on the other end of the line is just silent. I finally get the battery and go install it in the glacier, it doe not work. Gives an error code of E4001, call customer service again to open a warranty claim. Receive and email asking for a picture of the error code, send the picture and get a respond telling me to update the firmware which was already done but I do it again. Battery still does not work or take a charge from the fridge or from the house. Email back informing customer service of this and have not heard anything since. Spent an HOUR on hold today trying to get ahold of customer service with no luck. Worst company that I have ever delt with.Review fromJason C

1 starWORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! In April of 2022, I bought 2 EcoFlow Delta Pro units, each with 2 additional batteries, giving me almost the same power as the grid in terms of monthly use. ($30K) I received them and installed them right away. there have been no issues with those units and I still think they are the best. Then in May of *********************************************************************************************** so I thought. It was installed on 5/26/2022. Interestingly the electrician informed me he couldn't perform the install because the unit was not "**" approved. So after much wrangling, we got ***** to give ** the ** certification number so we could finish the install. Interestingly, the ** certification was completed the very day we were attempting to install, so the unit was shipped without ** approval. (Is that even legal??) After 11 months, the Smart Home Panel stopped recognizing the units attached to it. Too much to tell here so I will cut to the chase. It took ***** emails between May and June of ******************************************* addition to a strongly worded email from EcoFlow's largest ** distributer, to finally get a replacement. When we installed the replacement, it too was defective! The relay modules contacts would not properly seat in the connectors. After many more emails and calls to customer support, they offered to send me the latest relays with the correct "fingers", so they were aware of the problem. I told them I didn't want them as I have lost confidence in the product! I am seeking a refund to no avail. There is no-one at this company who cares about the customer!! They isolate their management team from the customer as you can never get to a member of management, I have asked many times. A multitude of apologies but no action! 1 starWell I guess its time to post this here. Its been a very long grueling process and still have zero resolve from this company. I am going to post this on every single social channel I can find. I have $2,800 invested into this equipment and still zero response in means of resolution other than open statements of "An elevated technician or engineer will contact you within ***** hours." As explained in the post this Wave2 unit will not perform as advertised and will also not function on AC power by any verified and tested source producing 120vac at 60hz and tested with a verified and calibrated Fluke 87V digital DVM. Here is a link of the technical troubleshooting report that I have filed with this company be means of email and verification of receipt by documented verbal confirmation from EcoFlow consumer service. I purchased this unit under the expectation that it would be capable of running on AC power and on DC battery power when needed. 1 starWe purchased our first Ecoflow products (Delta ****) in April of 2022. Both batteries worked without issue, so we decided to purchase the whole home battery backup in June of 2022. Since we have two houses, we purchased two of the Ecoflow Smart home panels which have to integrated into you home's breaker box by an electrician as well as 12 of the Delta Pro batteries. We had requested a quote for the installation through Ecoflow's website and were contacted by a distributor ShopSolarKits.com. We purchased everything via ShopSolarKits and it all shipped rather quickly. Shortly after charging the batteries for the first time in preparation for the installation, we noticed that all the batteries were not fully charging or would overcharge causing the units to overheat and shutdown. Considering that we had spent over $50,000 we began to panic. We had researched Ecoflow and had felt confident about the product but had not done any background on their hand-picked distributor ShopSolarKits.com which once we had a great deal of red flags popped up. To be clear all batteries shipped directly from Ecoflow's location in *****************. ShopSolarKits background showed no business license, zero trade references and no mailing addresses that could be verified. The company appeared on the Internet radar for the first time just months after Ecoflow opened for business. To further freak ** out we discovered after looking at emails from both companies that both often shared the same IP addresses. When we looked into ShopSolarKits further we found a ton of "glossy millennial boy next door loves solar" type videos on ******** the company ShopSolarKits sells a range of different batteries from different manufacturers but the lion's share of the content they post is of course EcoFlow. We have had every Ecoflow product we own replaced at least twice. The batteries are full of bugs and glitches and overcharge if left unattended. Please stay away from this company!
