  They are allowing facilities to abuse the system. They have one facility that will show up to Cancel your shift once youre there and they do not pay sent home pay. They also do not give cancellation pay if it wasnt canceled two hours prior so youre just out of everything they also overbooked purposely because they do not show up so if their staff shows up and canceled and sent home. You may miss out on another shift that you couldve worked somewhere else. This is completely unfair. Beware that if you pick up a shift and the facility does not need you but they dont cancel you and if you cancel go against your points so you need to go to the facility still sent home and if you arrive at the facility late they say youre not eligible for home pay. Even if you pick the shift up five minutes before the start of the shift which is crazy because if you dont live next-door to the facility, how would you get there within five minutes of picking up the shift before the start time.

  Clipboard needs to be investigated period. They have no way of knowing who you are only that if you cancel a shift. They're using a point system which should be illegal if you're classified as a 1099 Independent Contractor. If they are the lawsuit is coming because likely they are purposely misclasifying nurses and cnas and holding them hostage using the point system with ZERO benefits. Look it up under the labor codes for the state you're in.

  Clipboard health is nothing more then a company that is taking their power to destroy a person by restricting their account they claim that the only way you get restricted is you didnt show up for your schedule shift . Here is my facts I did three shifts in a row at **** hours that was my thirty six hours tonight I call the on call manager for my shift at **** in ************ I wasnt feeling well and didnt leave my shift until my replacement was found so you can follow this its Sunday we are talking about . I did three **** days in a row . When I spoke to the on call manager for skld in ************ because my replacement did not show up the required time she said to me on the phone I traded ****** which was me until 10 pm . I was never asked if I wanted to stay an additional four hours . It was time for me to leave and I was told that she switch me out until 10 pm I never agreed to this . So I go to clock out of the facility and what does it say that my account was restricted not a reason why for 7 days . They had no reason to restrict my account in fact after I get done with this Im going to make a wage complaint with wage board in ******** and also in ********** . Im going to not only asked them to pay me the agreed amount I work for and that clipboard to be fine up wards of ****** because this was not necessary or right on their part in fact many nurses will tell you not to trust clipboard because they will take your money and work you as their slave!

  On 2/26/2023 My account as an independent contractor to find work as a nurse was deactivated. CB said it was because I failed my background check. When I started with them many months ago I passed the ** check. The only thing on my background is a DUI/DWI for Tramadol back in 2010. I was informed that only one site called ********** Health and Rehab said that I failed the ** check. I called their corporate office and this doesn't qualify as failing because my conviction doesn't fall under crimes that I am not allowed to work with vulnerable adults., there is no other convictions before or sense that, and it is over seven years old. I've been in contact through the messenger app on my phone with Clipboard (CB). I keep getting lied to and the run around games. I've sent them proof that this is not legal to do. Does this mean I can email them saying I am someone else and state that a person didn't pass their background check and that person is fired? I've ********** to ***** in pay for shifts that I had booked and more money not working trying to get this handled. It's been over a week and still no response. I can't reach anyone by phone to clear up this matter and any proof I have emailed them the ********** Health and Rehab policy stating that I did not fail failed my background check with no response, I have spoken to legal counsel about this company. Yes, it is illegal, but it would cost more to take them to court then my lost wages. It's also not enough money that employment attorneys will take the case unless it's a class acti0on lawsuit.

  Something is fishy with this company and needs to be looked into. I am considering legal options right now. They do not have a way to reach ANYONE via phone. All is done through a chat bot and email. They claim this service is 24/7 but you will notice when you need help the chat bot will tell you that they have a high volume of chats going on and will get back to you in 48hrs. I can assure you, they will never get back to you.I have had multiple situations where a facility will cancel my shifts that I show up for and they will not remove the shifts from my calendar (thus holding me hostage to those shifts) and this forces me to manually remove the shifts so I can continue picking up new shifts. When you do this Clipboard deems this as a breech of agreement and punishes your attendance score. When this happens they will drop all of your picked up shifts and you go on a hold period until you can appeal.I went as far as contacting the above facilities Director or nursing to resolve the issue. She provided me with a wonderful email stating they made a mistake and failed to cancel me and all shifts were cancelled but due to a confusing clipboard app, they were unable to remove the shifts off my calendar and they even reached out to clipboard to appeal my "attendance score punishment"Clipboard robots replied that sorry but not sorry and informed me I should have just held onto the shifts until cancelled by the facility (who said they didn't know how to and clipboard was not assisting). Even with the backing above, email proof, written proof I was still punished and lost over 72 hours of booked shifts. As you can imagine, this financially hurt and clipboards response was "Sorry your frustrated, next time reach out to us". Funny.... when you do nobody reaches back out and again.... there is no phone number to contact everything is done via the app.Good pay, fast pay days, SUPER POOR service and you are merely a body in a building to them.

  i am an employer who post a job for specific specialilty (orthodontic assistant) personal needed, The first time Clipboard send me an assistant *********************** with no orthodontic experience , I spoke with ClipBoard representative **************** and told her that i only need ortho assistant and she promised me that she will take care of this ******* in future, Today jan 4th another assistant arrived at the office and statedthat she did not have any orthodontic experience. . When i called to resolve this issue clipboard rep ********************* told me to sent her back home and pay $160 for cancellation fees. I specifically posted Orthodontics in my requirements and clipboard erased my request and send a non trained person and charging the office $ ****** for their error . I am very disappointed in doing business with thiis company.

  They steal your pay you ask them why they always give you some market in demand c*** which makes no sense at all these facilities are paying STNA more than clip board is giving us its so convenient that the pay for every facility is 20$ even with Covid, were risking our lives busting our butts driving an hour or longer one facility I go to $24 per hour all the time an holiday pay should be 44$ Clipboard only given 39 because theyre taking 5$ of the pay they Greedy so many facilities complain an stop using them they are already gettin a fat check thru contract monthly so why take part of our pay they will post a shift and quickly cancel it with a lower rate its so obvious and disgusting. You have to hurry and screenshot just to make sure you get paid correctly Just go on staff people.stop making these companies rich they can careless about you or your family an the owner of clipboard u should be a shame of yourself we got families to feed I remember first hearing about this company years ago thinking oh how nice of this woman open this company up to help facilities when reality, youre tearing them down ripping people off its gross I can only imagine how much you really owe me

  S**** this company and the facility I worked for , I had a ton of issues with the facility so I DNR the place and left. So from last night til today Ive been arguing with clipboard because the facility lied first by saying I was a no call no show then they changed it to that i left without permission so thats why I was marked a no call no show . Then I was also deducted the money I worked because they reported me . And they wont let me delete my profile.

  This company is the worst . They suspended my account because I didnt want to take an assignment where a Covid patient was at the nurses station and not in isolation . I was told they cant take the patient to her room because she is a fall risk . So risk my health and the health of others . I didnt accept the keys . I was deemed a no / call no show for the shift . I arrived at 6:38am

  I am suddenly receiving a pop- up message when attempting to book shifts that states a new background check is needed and that they will initiate processing a new one 2 weeks before its set expiration date so I will have time to address the need, process fingerprints etc. not having a gap in employment. Not true. I am Instantly blocked , no two week warning at all. I am stressed, it is Christmas, I am now out of work. The worst part is that I have called, emailed, used chat feature and NOBODY, has helped. I even went to my states website ,took screen shots showing clipboard what I need from the requesting agencies pay code and inquiry to start a new background check. No assistance at all. I seem to keep getting auto replies that simply tell me to upload a new background d check. So back around I go , telling them what I need from them in order to initiate that and total silence is all I get. It such a feeling of helplessness. Very frustrating that their HR folks seem so disconnected and uneducated on this key component on their job. I feel foolish now for leaving my regular job at the hospital , thinking this could provide better for my kids and family. Merry Christmas.
