    I would give it a negative rating if allowed! Unsafe practices all the way around! The company makes a mockery of the very people that they do business with>the healthcare workers and the vulnerable people they serve. A form of financial abuse really. They dont support the professionals they send out to the facility at any given time. They dont care if a safety issue is raised! They have a review system of sorts for all the facilities, but they dont care about the information that have been provided which means they dont care what happens in the people they send there or the ones that are currently experiencing problems in the facility. They find a way to take some of your money even if you have to go without taking a break because your current job condition is not allowing it. If you have to stay because theres a patient issue, they hold your money and find a way not to pay you for the time you are actually there. Patient lives not a part of their consideration!Watch out for your license when you decide to sign up for this nurse trafficking service! You are on your own!

    Terrible agency. I thought they were great at the beginning, until they started allowing facilities to take back money months after working for them. Clipboard does nothing to protect the nurses from this. It's always something they can't control. They've allowed a facility to try and take back over $900 for shifts I work over 2 months ago. I had to cancel other shifts because of this ** the negative balance won't allow me to be paid for any shift until that $900 is replaced. This is theft and should be illegal. Will never work for them again.

    This is the worst nurse staffing agency. Im a patient at the ************* ********************* in ********* ********. The nurse on staff here today is on her phone on space time or whatever live cellphone to cellphone connection app. So not only is she late on giving out our medicine she blatantly continued to play on her phone while I had to call another nurse to give me my meds. Everyone thinks this is funny. Well, how would you like if this was you. 10-15-2023. @11:50 am. This ***************** is the pits. I'd give no star for them. I will have to call State of ******** again. Horrible company.

    I've worked for the company for 2yrs now. At first it was ok but now it's terrible. They pay for you then find every reason to take the money back. They do not advocate for you. They make up rules as they go. Majority of the facilities they have contracts with are ran down and chances are you may be putting your license on the line. I highly recommend not working for them unless you want to be constantly fighting for your money via emails because you can't talk to anyone on the phone.

    They are stealing money from everyone!! They dont have ****** reviews anymore because they were poorly reviewed. This company is a scam! You will go to your shift and they have so many reasons why they wont pay you. I worked for this company and realized for every time I was paid they never gave me my full amount there was always some sort of amount deducted. They have lied and said I owed them hundreds of dollars when they were refusing to pay me for showing up to canceled shifts. There are also times when they will deactivate your account for no reason at all. They are chat only and Im sure its because they dont do right by anybody and they dont want to hear the backlash for how they treat employees They believe only the facilitys side if situations occur and delete your account without any form of communication with you! I know so many people taking them to court. This business should not be in operation.

    The shift posted today at 8:05 am for times of 7am to 7pm.The shift was falsely advertised because it didn't post until 8:05! Why will I not be receiving my full pay advertised? When did y'all send out notices that y'all changed your rules on urgent shifts.Not only can we not call but y'all changed the rules out of no were.How is this okay? I walked into a mess at this facility I deserve my full pay advertised when I picked up the shift.Clipboard this is wrong...Clipboard health has scrubbed all there reviews off ****** because we all said the same they aren't paying us and making it hard to reach someone to inquire about your shift.I messaged today and was told they changed there rules on urgent shifts as of last month.i asked when did y'all tell us I was told to check the ********************* and the owner Wii the Chinese lady must be stopped.

    I worked a shift, and that facility had me working on another unit when I arrived. The facility contacted Clipboard by mistake and told them I never showed up to the job. Clipboard restricted my account and didn't pay me for the assignment I worked. I then noticed while working on the other unit Clipboard Health Support called me. I was not able to call them back because they made it the only way you can reach them is by texting and emailing. The facility administrator came on the unit I was working on and said you're at the wrong building. I explained to her that her manager advised me to work over here. By that time, Clipboard restricted my account with no pay. I contacted the Clipboard Health Support Team and advised them of this situation. The administrator and the charge nurse at that facility contacted Clipboard as well and told them it was a mistake, and they asked Clipboard Health Support to unrestrict my account and pay me for my shift. I received an email from Clipboard Health Support that advised me to complete a paper timesheet, which I did. But once I submitted the timesheet, the support stopped helping me. I noticed all my future shifts were gone, and no one from Clipboard Health Support cared about how their impacting my life. My electric got shut off, and I'm unable to pay for my school tuition because of the clipboard. I contacted them over *********************************************************************************** to go into a hardship. I had a rating with them of 100%, and now it's a zero. I still haven't been paid for the shift, and the gentleman that emailed me from their support team is refusing to help me. I want them to give me all my money back for the shift I worked and my future shift because of the mistake they made. By my electric being turned off, my food went bad, and now I'm about to be kicked out of school. I worked the shift on Wednesday 26, 2023, and I'm crying right now texting for some type of help

    This company is a scam. Do not sign up with them. They allowed a facility to erase my timesheet (on app) so they didnt have to pay me. No working phone number either.

    I worked a shift where the facility had really bad reception and at the end of my shift I realized the my clock in from lunch did not go through so I had to clock in them clock out from the shift. I had the dsd sign a paper time sheet as proof because there is no way to edit a missed punch on the app. I was only paid for 4hours of work when I worked over 9 hours. They told meAl they couldnt accept it, and I would not be paid. I then told them it was illegal for them not to pay me for a shift I worked. Then they said thered look into it. Its been almost a week and I still have not been paid.
