My account was suspended on my first booked shift as a facility did not need an RN supervisor as they overbooked. This company did not follow up & just took the facility's word without investigating any further. Now my account is suspended & was not compensated for the cancelation of my booked shift. I will be disputing this claim as their customer service is never available to take calls nor do they take the time to further investigate. I have worked via different staffing agencies such as Medley, but never experienced anything like this. If you are a healthcare professional stay away from this company as you jeopardize your license you worked so hard for as well as your reputation.

After the transition of my dad, I touched base with facility and was told that I'd be taken down for the day to not worry. CLIPBOARD DECIDED TO DO AN INVESTIGATION, claimed that I called in mid shift and put me down as a NCNS.... I have solid evidence that I did not in fact call in mid shift, this agency decided to call the facility and deemed me guilty of a lie and didn't even have compassion or take the time to ask me if anything is true ... they automatically deem the health care workers guilty liars and have us at thr disposal. I find this disturbing and unprofessional

They refused to pay me for hours worked because a facility initially lied and said I was a no call no show. Then after I submitted a complaint, the facility changed their story and said I did arrive at the facility but I did no work which is another lie (clipboard still refused to pay me). The facility was upset that I refused to stay later than scheduled because another nurse didnt show up. Clipboard is incredibly unprofessional and scammers.

It took one whole hour to literally confirm documents pending on my account....the documents are still pending (not confirmed), they probably won't be anytime soon...I had to educate the representative about how the city has many different addresses and counties and that a city doesn't just have one address. I'm concerned about the hiring process for this corporation because most, if not all may not be sober.

If I could give zero stars I would. I completed a background check absolutely no issues. I start working. Then a few weeks later they decided they had a policy change so they say and requested I do another. First it was pure h*** trying to get the information sheet they wanted. Then exact same background failed so they claim from a minor incident over 20 years ago non criminal related. Which also breaks my state LAW of 7 year look back. So without notice they just deactivated my acct. They absolutely will not speak to anyone on the phone. Also come to find out they pay **** hours less than comparable agencies. Absolutely disgusting company.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. Terrible company my account was deactivated due to me having Covid. I informed the facility the day before to inform them to cancel me on their end which they did not and resulted in me losing all my attendance points. My dispute was rejected and I was given a speech about how patient care come first which I absolutely disagree with how are we expected to care for the sick if we are not well ourselves. Clipboard health does not care about its employees and the app should be completely shut down.

I have been with Clipboard for a few months. I was suspended due to a no call no show. I texted, they don't have a call option, to let them know it was unsafe for me to drive. I contacted the facility via the chat feature in the app to let them know as well. I also tried calling the facility and nobody answered the phone. Waited until vm picked up. I canceled the shift, and informed both parties. Still got suspended for a NCNS. Contacted the "help center" and they just gave me prompts about attendance score and refused me to speak to his supervisor. Told me it's day 5 of 7 day suspension. Wait for a response from the dispute I filed. There won't be a response. I just won't be suspended anymore after the 7th day. I will still have this bogus suspension on my record. If they choose to do this again, I'm unemployed.

I've been working for clipboard since july. A few months ago they switched to this unfair point system. If you have an emergency or catch Covid or the flu on the day you are supposed to work you automatically loses ***** points when you only get 100 to start with. If you get suspended 3 times you lose your account. I got suspended the first time for my son having an asthma attack, then I caught the flu and then yesterday I lost my dad. I filed a dispute and they said they send their condolences and they know things happen but patients go without care. So basically I was still supposed to go in and put patients at risk because I was mentally unstable.
