    My Swagbucks account was deactivated few days ago and after reaching customer care, I was given a response that I have violated terms & conditions. I dont know what wrong I have done. I have 87900 sbs worth of $879 in my account. Past few days have been extremely devastating and immensely stressful for my family because all of my money in this deactivated account is my hard earned money that I didnt get a chance to use. I have invested so so much time in completing 100s of surveys ranging from 10 minutes to 45 minutes of time frame on usual surveys. Also I have put my time and efforts on completing Remesh surveys that required my time from 60 to 90 minutes. I participated in GutCheck surveys that required me to buy products for testing purpose for a compensation. For these surveys I remember, I went out of the way to distant stores to purchase the required products as they were not available in nearby stores.Gutcheck surveys usually took up 5 days to 1 week of my time. I also hav a child to take care of. I never took any wrong measures to earn money. I have earned all of my money providing honest answers. I am not able to have my peace of mind and not able to concentrate on some other important things. I was never dishonest If I was dishonest then I would have cashed out after earning every $25, like other members suggest to keep cashing out regularly but I thought I was honest and nothing would happen to my account as I am doing everything correctly and I kept filling out surveys and thought would cash out after $1000. Please please reactivate my account and this time I will be extra Careful and be cooperative. I am not a perfect and flawless person and I dont know what mistake I have done and if I did something then unintentional mistakes can happen. I always tried to provide answers in Surveys with integrity and honesty and would continue to do so. Please, pls reactivate my account.     InboxDollars and Swagbucks deactivated my accounts this month, but I did not break any rules. InboxDollars said, "After careful review by our Compliance team this account was closed for exceeding the one account per person policy stated in our Terms of Service." Swagbucks said, "We are unable to continue your account as your phone number was used on a previously deactivated account. The account has been deactivated at this time."

    I had one InboxDollars account and one Swagbucks account. Is that not allowed??? If it is not allowed, I had absolutely no idea. Prodege should explicitly warn users about this issue. I thought having one account for each site was actually ENCOURAGED. If I had known you could not have one account for each site, I 100% would not have done so. After I reached out to them, they told me, "Please keep in mind that your case is officially closed and this will be a final resolution to this issue."

    I am completely shocked by this. Can one of my accounts (InboxDollars or Swagbucks) please be reactivated? This is devastating for me. Also, I am owed $215.00 from InboxDollars cashback offers and $260.00 from Swagbucks cashback offers. That is $475.00 total that Prodege owes me.

    Swagbucks said, "We will be reactivating both accounts as a courtesy. Please ensure that you only use your Inbox Dollars account."

    My InboxDollars account is now working fine. However, I am unable to redeem the remaining SB that is in my Swagbucks account. When I attempt to claim a PayPal gift card, I get the message, "Account verification is required to redeem your SB. Resend verification email," but no verification email is sent when I click the link. For reference, on May 19th, I was able to claim a $5 PayPal gift card on Swagbucks without any issues.

    Would it be possible for Swagbucks to simply remove all of the SB from my account and send me a PayPal payment of $131.44?

    The issue has been resolved. I was finally able to redeem the remaining SB that was in my Swagbucks account.
