    I love using Swagbucks it is easy money maker; you do survey's play games go shopping. Yes, it gets frustrating at times doing the surveys. Have patients leave come back to app and try again.

    I completed a offer worth $120 they haven't payed me for it. It tracked when I downloaded and opened the app but thats all it tracked I completed the offer took screenshots and sent every evidence I have and I get bot replies but never received anything after that. Its been days and still nothing.

    Cool app with a lot of nice ways to save money shopping online and extra money completing surveys that is very simple to use and not that much work

    It really gets irritating that they send you emails asking you to do surveys and then you sit here for at least 3-4 minutes and then all of a sudden disqualified. Waste of my time doing any of their surveys. Also, they say a certain amount back but then disqualify your purchase. This is really not the best money making company at all.

    Every other offer I complete from them doesn't track, requiring me to contact them and give them a bunch of pictures while being treated like a liar. They have no problems asking you for pictures but do have problems answering any questions. They have paid out over $475 but being treated like a liar every other time I complete a goal is no longer worth it.

    It is a very good website, Swagbucks and I recommended it. But one issue, they kind of **** with support. Ive been suspended out of my account but havent the slight idea why and asking them doesnt help. Now I just have my wasted effort sitting on that website unable to be accessed. I love this site but they could do better when help is needed.

    I have been a member on ****** (formerly clixsense) for over five years and have never dealt with such shady and illegal practices until recent. I have been able to cash out the money I have earned *************** amounting to over hundreds of dollars. They now claim I need to verify my identity with a government issued ID (not happening) or I will not be able to cash out the remaining money I have in my account. This would have been no issue if they gave notice of this and gave members an opportunity to cash out before the new implementation. However they allowed me to complete surveys and accrue a balance without requiring verification and I want to cash out my balance that they allowed me to accrue before asking for any ID, I am not comfortable nor should I have to give a 3rd party my private PERSONAL ID that can be used for anything. Them not allowing me to cash out is illegal under the *** section ***** as your company has established a course of dealing over this stated amount of time and cannot subject me to NEW terms while still owing me money from our previous rapport. Allow me to cash out what I have in my account or I will take further action.

    Swagbucks, a popular rewards platform that promises to compensate users for completing various online tasks, has left me with a deeply disappointing experience. After diligently accumulating points through surveys, watching videos, and engaging in other activities, I attempted to redeem my hard-earned rewards, only to be met with an unjust accusation of using software to cheat.Despite my repeated assertions of innocence and explanations of my genuine efforts, Swagbucks remained adamant in their decision, citing their "proprietary algorithms" as the basis for their judgment. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to consider my side of the story left me feeling frustrated and powerless.To further aggravate the situation, Swagbucks demanded my identification card, an excessive request that raised concerns about privacy and data protection. This unwarranted intrusion into my personal information further solidified my negative perception of the company.The unjustified deactivation of my account and the denial of my rewards represent a blatant disregard for the time and effort I invested into the platform. The lack of communication and transparency from Swagbucks' side has left me feeling deceived and disillusioned.While Swagbucks may offer opportunities to earn rewards, their questionable practices and arbitrary decisions cast doubt on their legitimacy and trustworthiness.
