    Deactivated my account for no reason. 2 weeks after making my account i was unable to log in. Finally figured out how to reach swagbucks cust service. They sent me a 3rd party verification and i completed it waited the 10 days no response. Did it again and got an email i was deactivated for non compliance. They wont tell me what i did wrong. The only thing i did when i could access my account was played a few games and entered a few swagstakes.

    STAY AWAY. They will bait people in with too good to be true values on their offerwall, and then not credit a signification portion of their users.

    Swagbucks is really great when everything works as it should. I had over **** Swagbucks pending in October. Today I see that most of that has disappeared. I tried to contact Swagbucks support. I couldn't even submit a request because I have no screenshot or email to prove I had SB pending. Also the surveys often take too long before being disqualified.

    I have tried to contact inboxdollars they have made it so hard to contact them They will not answer the phone I want to close my account and get the funds due me They are not customer friendly at all I would not recommend using this site When doing a review it will get you appox 80% done then drop you and send you back to the website to start a new one with no money added to your account Just dont use them *************************

    This is the first time i try SwagBucks. I can tell that it was the worst experience i ever had.I installed Swagbuck app, answered a lot of surveys and gave my information to them and when I tried to redeem my points they closed my account for no reason.

    I love Swagbucks! Why? They have an amazing website that's interactive and reward-filled. They give you plenty of opportunities to earn rewards, like surveys and sign-**** And your choice of rewards when it's redemption time? Amazing. Choose from ********************************* just to name a few. I take lots of their surveys, and they always have a great variety. Swagbucks is top-notch!

    you can earn money with this site but very slowly due to the fact that most surveys are c*** you click answer a bunch of questions and after you have been 15 minutes or more answering questions it will say opps you don't qualify, and all that time and answers get you nothing. It should have told me that after a couple questions not a hundred questions. Waste of time.

    Goals for games can be misleading. I've contacted support multiples times with screenshots of the promotion as well as purchase and any other supporting evidence yet they were denied, some were just automatically denied.They claimed they don't see the purchase on their end and the game may not be tracking. I have received rewards for the game already so I can confirm game is tracking. It's just a pain to contact customer support and receive a generic response.
