    I have used there Swagbucks site for some time and it has gone downhill. I get lots of messages about data be unsecure, promised rewards are not delivered without having to fight for them. Im trying to complete one last redemption before closing my account and am getting the run around.

    They have changed in the past couple years. I used to be able to get all the items every day, now...since they added a daily trivia, which makes you add yet another app to my phone. (I already had 3 Swagbucks apps at that point.) When I go to submit magic receipts, they keep changing the things that are valid, why can't they just leave milk, eggs and bread on ALL the time? I only go shopping once a week, I can't stop at ******** every day and buy batteries just so I have a Magic receipt. I've been lucky that I am able to collect points and get gift cards, it just takes longer and longer every time.

    I am writing to express my concerns regarding my experience with the Swagbucks app, which I believe may be engaging in practices that compromise user privacy and security.I signed up for ********* with the expectation of participating in surveys and earning gift cards as advertised. Initially, I engaged thoughtfully with the app for about three days. However, I was unexpectedly signed out and, upon attempting to log back in, I discovered that my account had been ************** an effort to understand the situation, I submitted a support ticket, only to receive a generic response that provided no explanation for the deactivation of my account. This lack of clarity and transparency is concerning.Given these experiences, I am left questioning the intent behind the app. It appears to me that Swagbucks may be more focused on collecting personal information - including email addresses, demographics, and other sensitive data - rather than providing a legitimate platform for users to earn rewards.I urge you to address these concerns seriously. Users deserve transparency and reassurance regarding the security of their personal information. I was also continuing to receive push notifications for surveys after they deactivated my account. Even more reason to believe theyre a scam.

    Its been Absolutely awful for a few years, no more watch videos, any type of videos! Also, surveys once you start the surveys you qualify for, but after you've done over 10, 15 or more minutes when you're about to finish suddenly you don't qualify anymore so you've wasted all that time to then get kicked out. Uploading receipts sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Goal points have gone low also. I wouldn't even give one star but there isn't an option choice, they used to be okay at one point but as time went by they kept getting worse. I don't recommend SB! This is my personal experience.

    I love that the businesses will pay you to play their games and do surveys for them. This site can help so many people who may need a little extra from time to time. The only thing that I dont like is that I am unable to download the swag button on my iPad And so many of the surveys you start them and they take quite a bit of time and then they deny you and they dont even give you at least one swag ***** That is very frustrating.

    I used to like Mypoints for years, but last year they revamped and turned awful. Everyone seems to be getting deactivated once they reach enough points to actually earn a gift card. I was a couple hundred points away from getting a gift card and was deactivated for no reason. I reached out to them and they told me there was nothing they can do. Scam business and you will only waste your time!!
