  I have taken survey for Swagbucks since April 2023. When my account was deactivated over the weekend, I contacted customer service about reactivating my account. The robot customer service replied that I have to submit a government issued ID to verify my identity because it is to protect my privacy. This is terrible practice and a violation of privacy. I request to close my account, the robot customer service replied with a link to delete my data but not close my account. I suspect the company uses AI to reply to customers support request. This is a horrible company and I suggest for people to avoid it at all cost.

  I love Swagbucks. Yes, there are aggravating times when surveys don't go thru or e receipts are rejected or a deal disappears just as you purchase it. However, customer service is great and I would imagine, a certain percentage of folks are trying to circumvent the rules creating problems for the rest of us. The money I'm getting via SB's is SO welcomed. I'm on a fixed income and everything is going up except my SS. And when a cost of living raise comes thru, the health insurance companies gladly snag it. So, thank you Swagbucks. You are helping me so much!! And it fun!!!!

  Been with INBOX DOLLARS for years now its Prodege Llc my account is deactivated in terms of abusing courtesy points (this is false & I asked for proof of this 3 times with no evidence to support there claim)-basically closed account with false allegations kept $42 balance - was a month over due payment of $200 for Uber offer and went back to digital rewards credit card that were bought with rewards over 30 days before deactivation yet they stole both $100 digital Mastercards and block my link to funds$442

  Excellent source for surveys and getting gift cards. Fun daily goals that are reachable and help add up my points. I've been doing this for over a year every day and the very few times I have had a problem, customer service has always corrected my concerns with a couple of days. Lots of free games, a great community of helpful peers and just FUN! Definitely recommend.

  This has become disappointing, I am so upset to find points pending in activity just suddenly disappearing before they become eligible to be redeemed. It's just not right.

  The surveys are hard to qualify for. Im not sure why they are advertising a VPN in their discovery section whenever they dont want you to use a VPN in order to use their app. Its very difficult to get to your first goal which takes the fun out of it. For me, on the upside, I am earning a little bit of extra money. My mother, on the other hand, was deactivated from Swagbucks. She emailed them to ask why she was deactivated and they gave the reason as to some kind of Discovery issue but wouldnt go into detail. Prior to the deactivation, she went to the offer section and used the $100 PayPal cash out. The $100 never got to her PayPal account. She messaged customer support. She attached a screenshot of the number that was connected to the cash out that was sent to her email. Theres never been a response from Swagbucks. She also had $15 that she did not cash out.

  I have been a very long-time user of ********************. Over the last couple of years this site has become very difficult to use in that you earn the points and they aren't rewarded and you have to jump through hoops to get the points you earned. Now they don't even bother to respond to support tickets, they just close the request without rewarding the points or responding in any way. They owe me ****** points which is about $100, and they just keep closing my support tickets. Basically, they are stealing from their users. They may be a legit company but they scam their users.

  I appreciate that they give the opportunity to get Gift cards etc. They do not have to and it helps feed the cats! Lately there have been more problems though. I truly hope they will be worked out and it will get back to being a better site! There are fewer surveys and the few don't accept most of us! ***** etc. only works sometimes and they disbanded swagit. The games do not hit up and I'm always having to send in support tickets. I hope things get better! Enjoyable, though, is daily trivia! *** is a fun host, as well as ******, **************************** etc. Thank you!
