    This is absolutely ridiculous I get in touch with y'all about how y'all stole ***** from me and all y'all say it is something to do with my device and web that I'm using that is totally bull c*** this has been the third time this has happened I will most likely be getting in touch with a lawyer and seeing my options cause out of all the money u have stolen about 100 bucks from me that's not including the other people u have stolen money from eather.

    Surveys are a joke! They take WAY too long qualify for! I've even finished surveys and not been given any points! AND trying to contact "customer service" is nearly impossible!

    I've been submitting error tickets to Swagbucks for the past 20 days, and they have not provided response or any resolution. Swagbucks deactivated my access to "my tickets" and I'm not able to view the tickets I've submitted for follow up. I also not receiving e-mail confirmation when I submit a ticket but no one from customer support or administration or management have taken the time to provide an explanation or response. I've reached out to the customer service via submitting a ticket, via phone call and via e-mail but no answers. I'm an active member of Swagbucks, Ive been an active member for a while now, and it is unfortunate that their customer service doesn't provide a response or a solution to my inquiries, questions or errors and I don't understand why they deactivated me from reviewing "my tickets" without knowing or being notified. Please help, Thank you

    I've been playing on one of their affiliate apps called Swagbucks all of a sudden I can't redeem my points because they need to verify my phone ,by submitting a government ID which I did more than 25 times and they still can't verify.I tried reaching out to Swagbucks,prodege,and developer I'm fed up I worked long and hard for my money now I can't get it if I go on social media,tv, radio maybe I will get my money

    InboxDollars used to be a rewarding endeavor and a means to get a few extra $$. Now, it has become frustrating and increasingly difficult to get the points as promised. I have had a survey rejected without explanation, the companies can reject a survey for any reason.So far, I have not had my account deactivated, but I will be looking for other options.

    I have to say I was enjoying doing surveys offering my opinions. It never fails these internet scams always messes up a good thing. If I am told there will be a payment or reward for my time then I want it. I have $25 in accounts keep requesting $15 PayPall and youre not paying. Its not the money its the principle nameless people on the internet keep lying to customers and getting away with it because you cannot talk or call anyone I am just getting tired of being taken advantage of. I just to see tried for the Amazon card and it was ready to payout LOL. Therefore there is no problem with the system you just dont want to pay the cash I am passed off you get away with doing this to people. Youre just pushing gift cards. Some of these surveys can take a hour + of a persons time. I should be able to choose the award I want not have to accept a gift card I dont want or need. I dont like gift cards. This money could have just as easily gone directly to my bank account but I see you made sure this is not an option. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE

    I tried to use points to buy gift cards. They asked me all kinds of private questions. Even ask me to send a drivers license.
