    Love Swagbucks! So many fun ways to earn Swagbucks which can be used for gift cards or PayPal cash! Try to never miss a Trivia Live gamelearn and have a good time doing it!

    They have the top indicators of poor ***************** ****** trained and uninformed representatives, lack of resolution, lack of human contact, difficulty reaching a human agent, and long wait times are just a few. I'm still waiting on my gift card from 2 years ago after following protocol. I was getting an error when trying to redeem my gift cards. I was told to wait 10 days, 30 days, 45 days, send screenshots, etc... Exhausting!

    The company and the app are manages, Swagbucks, is a scam. At first, the system works well. However, the website is terrible to navigate. Many surveys waste your time filling out details, only to be informed halfway through that you don't qualify for this survey. Thus they get tons of information out of you and pay nothing. Gaming wise, the company advertises offers that you must complete in exchange for rewards. Rewards will work fine for the first 2-3 tasks but sometimes, the company will not track your progress properly and they will not honor their pledge. I reached out several times, but no one was helpful and they give you the runaround. Specifically, if their system did not track your activity and you report it, they will claim that you must use the ledger to file a complaint, but the ledger is tied to them having tracked the activity. In essence, the company engages in outright fraud. It is highly recommended that people who have been deceived and misled report them to Consumer Affairs and the *************************

    Swagbucks is a really fun site where you can make some extra money and have a good time doing it. I save up my Swagbucks during the year and then cash them in for Christmas shopping. You can answer surveys, play games and test products. What's not to love? Highly recommend

    App is easy to use but then collecting rewards does not work. Luckily I didn't continue for too long and they only owe me about $75. When I try to redeem the giftcards it gives me an error message that "Account verification is required to redeem your SB. Resend verification email." I click on resend but the email never is sent. I've checked all of my accounts and spam folders. I've tried their support and they don't respond except with a popup that says I should wait 30 days for them to act. It's funny how they can make the rest of the site work fine but the redemption of rewards just seems to be something they can't get worked out. My issue seems to be very common when you read through the reviews. This app appears to be a time and data theft scam.

    Prodege is a scam - kicked out of surveys you've almost completed, giving the company free information, instant credit that is NEVER credited instantly, 10 days to pay out money already earned so that they make money off the work you've done, useless customer service, deactivation of accounts that have large sums of money paid out. I'm making a complaint to the *** for their shady practices.

    I have made almost $2,000 in offers in almost 2 years. I've had no troubles with customer service. I recommend doing game offers the most.

    I tried singing up for this site and was immediately suspended before I even got to make an account. I typed in my email, chose a password, and was immediately informed that my account had been suspended. If I wanted to verify my identity to unsuspend my account I could. How can I verify the identity for an account I was not able to set up? It wanted my photo id, which would be fine if I had an account and a picture they could compare it to! What a joke!
