      PennyMac Loan Services LLC is a fictitious corporation registered by Sanford Kurland (former President of Countrywide Financial) to defraud homeowners about the real parties and the real nature of their transactions. PennyMac is NOT your Servicer or Lender. Its a giant CON - merely a name on the piece of paper used by hedge funds BlackRock and Blackstone as their cover up. All employees who answer phones are employed by financial technology company Black Knight, Inc (former Lenders Processing Services, Inc./DocX, LLC) Black Knight is a real Servicer who collect homeowners payments via PO Boxes as revenue for Wall Street Investment Banks. Nobody apply any money to your principal or escrow because nobody owns an account receivable for your alleged "loans" . They are all transferred elsewhere via Black Knight system. PennyMac does not pay anyone's taxes. It is done via other companies - CoreLogic -whose name is used by Hedge funds like Stone Point. PennyMac has nothing to do with your insurance payments. Ask your insurer company which documents PennyMac provided to them to be included in your home policy. PennyMac is a SCAM!

      RUN!!! Do NOT use PennyMac! Horrible customer service! Pennymac is currently my lender. I am working with them to refinance my home. Two employees explained a mortgage hold back inaccurately which put a hold on my closing date. I am receiving generated emails requesting items some of which they have (nothing that needs to be updated because it was time sensitive). No one will call me with answers. My closing date has passed, without completion. I am in limbo but no one seems to be concerned.

      My home burned down and they won't release enough funds to start the reboulild. My mortgage was always paid on time. My contractor needs 50k to demo and re roof just to start and the gave me 20k. I can't rebuild even though they have the money. I'm a disabled 62 yr old and they are making sure I will no longer have a home. I guess they win and I'm stuck renting for the rest of my life because of them.

      Horrible company, I had never been late or missed a payment. I was laid off unexpectedly but still managed to make two payments. I followed all the PennyMac instructions to get assistance, only looking for a 1-2 month forbearance. They denied and began foreclosure process immediately. My elderly father lives with me and I am disabled but still working. They could care less about their customers, only lining their pockets. Zero stars as far as I am concerned. Beware

      Pennymac failed to pay to our home insurance and we were unaware our hone has been uninsured for 10 months. Called today asking for it to be resolved today and they said I will here something by Monday (5 days). 5 more days with insurance due to their negligence hopefully my house doesnt catch fire. They are unable to tell me where the money that was supposed to be going to that has been going and now Im having trouble finding an insurance company that will take me due to lapse in coverage. I hope this company realizes their negligence can completely destroy peoples lives.

      Pennymac raises your monthly payment even if you pay the increase from property taxes. They don't want you to keep your same monthly payment. If I pay the amount of increase, why is my payment still going up? I have dealt with other mortgage companies that don't increase your payment after you pay the increase. They need to be investigated and a class action put in place. Their excuse is they pay our property taxes. If I pay them the extra cost and make the payment in my mortgage payment, your not paying anything extra. I'm paying it back to you, so leave my monthly payment alone.

      Worse home loan company. One person tells you one thing. Then next month you call that person tells you something else. Customer service refuses to let you talk to there supervisors. Was told one thing when set up payment arrangement when I met the agreement they turned around and did the opposite. Will never use this co.pany again

      They make it almost impossible to pay off your loan. Lots of “fees” to do so. I recently paid off a separate mortgage with Well Fargo over the phone. It was a simple process. With PennyPincherMac, they force you through am exhaustive process that incurs fees. When calling customer service, get ready for the pass off. Worst financial experience ever. They’re crooks.
