      I own a small business and was calling to get some rough pricing and was transferred to the Account Executive Manny. Right off the bat Manny was extremely salesy and pushy. He kept asking me to send him our most recent statement. I told him at least 3 times I only wanted some pricing and was not going to send in the most recent statement as I was comparing several companies. The final time I told him this, he replied: "Alright fine, if you don't want to save a bunch of money, go ahead and look elsewhere."
      Wow, seriously? Paysafe has an @$$hole like this guy trying to sell their products?? Because of Manny, we will never be considering Paysafe and if it comes up, it will not be recommended to anyone. Do better Paysafe.
      BTW, my next call was to Bluefin, and their sales guy was awesome to work with. We are seriously considering switching to them.

      No star if possible. Do not use this company! I told them my company does about 100k monthly charge on credit cards from customer. They said we can handle that. After 2 month of having the account they email me that they will cancel my merchant account due to high volume and security risk. I ask them why security risk they just said not sure just security risk. They also are holding my money of $19341 dollar for 180 days as they investigate security risk. WTF While they already take out their percentage charge on my account. How the hell you hold on to 19k of someone money for 180 days. Their risk control team already call the credit card company and the client to ask if it is fraud and they got their answer that it is not. But they still won’t release the fund. Please stay far away from this BS company!!!!!!

      We were able to locate your account by your name and email
      address. In review of your signed merchant processing agreement your processing
      parameters were set at: average ticket $100.00, maximum high-end ticket
      $10,000.00, monthly bank card volume $50,000.00, and monthly Amex volume
      $100.00.



      Our risk team sent you an email that explained as your
      merchant service provider, one of our primary responsibilities is protecting
      Paysafe and its merchants. We employ a team of specialists, our merchant risk
      monitoring team, dedicated to this activity.



      Due to activity on the related merchant processing account,
      it has been determined that we are unable to support future processing, and the
      account will be closed on 03/13/2025.



      The reason for the closure is:

      The nature of your business poses a Security Risk



      Funds may be held in a reserve account for up to 180 days,
      as noted in the terms and conditions of your Merchant Processing Agreement. Any
      chargebacks and / or fees may be deducted from this reserve balance.

      How are they A+ rated? BBB, do better!
      I tried using their system to purchase something using a cvs gift card. I followed all instructions but the website said my gift card was invalid and I must use one purchased in a store not online. My card was, and I provided evidence backing that up. I’ve emailed and called countless times. When calling I am told that they are not able to and cannot transfer me to a supervisor and they will out in a request for the supervisor to call me. I randomly get an email requesting information and immediately respond with EVERYTHING requested. (I have all emails to back this up if the BBB would like proof). Then PaysafeCard tells me I didn’t provide them information. They refuse to respond to emails. It is truly amazing how bad their customer service is. This seems to be a common issue, and it is mind blowing.

      Paysafe doesn't care about their customers or their small businesses.
      Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with as a small business owner. We used Paysafe as a payment processor for our small business through Virtuagym. Paysafe feels perfectly morally justified stealing from small business owners through the use of PCI non compliance fees on accounts that are inactive. When they opted to bill us over the course of 4 months, we had not used their service as a payment processor in over a year. While the folks working for Paysafe in the customer service department are perfectly friendly people, the company itself truly embodies dishonesty and corporate greed through their sneaky money grab policies. They would rather hang onto a couple hundred dollars and pull food from the tables of merchants that have supported them than resolve a dispute amicably. We are now forced to go through our bank to attempt to recover these stolen fees by opening a fraud file and advise every business owner in our network and online to stay far away from this company. Choose a different payment processor, as Paysafe doesn't care about you or your business.
      I'm sure this review will be met with a performative response by someone from Paysafe while avoiding any actual resolution.

      Worst Company to deal with. Worst customer service, not wiling to help. DO NOT USE this company, use any other company to handle transactions. This company will figure out a way to cost you money.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,
      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Paysafe, a company that has a concerning history of consumer complaints. I have personally experienced several of the issues that have been reported by others, and I believe it is important to bring these practices to light.
      Paysafe has a pattern of charging customers fees, even when the account is inactive or has never been used. This practice is deceptive and unfair, as it leads to unexpected and unnecessary financial burdens. Additionally, the company's aggressive collection tactics, including sending accounts to collections without proper notice or resolution, have caused significant stress and damage to my credit.
      Furthermore, Paysafe has used various business names and sent emails from unknown or generic email addresses, which often result in the emails being mistakenly marked as spam and deleted. This makes it difficult for consumers to stay informed about their accounts and address any issues that may arise.
      I have also encountered instances where Paysafe employees have provided incorrect or misleading information, which has led to financial losses and further frustration. This lack of accuracy and professionalism is unacceptable and contributes to the overall negative experience with the company.
      I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate Paysafe's practices and take appropriate action to protect consumers from these unfair and harmful business practices. I believe that holding Paysafe accountable will help prevent future instances of consumer exploitation.

      Absolutely HORRIBLE COMPANY - They Lie, they NEVER answer the phone, EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL, They hold up deposits with zero warning and no legitimate reason, Every time you call them they never remember ever remember any conversations. Doing any business with this company was the absolute worst business decision I have ever made.

      This should be a Zero star rating. I am a new business, went though Leaders Mechant Services to get set up with an account to accept Credit cards with Swipe Simple/Paysafe. Made my first transaction with a customer, Paysafe Risk Management withheld my funds. After several emails and calls, I gave all information that was requested. My information went to review. After a couple days, I received an email saying that I was a risk and they closed my account. 2 days after receiving this email, I am informed they are charging me $350 for early termination. This is by no means fair. I still have not received my money from my client. When calling to question this, I get no answer and they will not return any of my phone calls. This the most shady company to deal with. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. BEWARE!!!!

      I have never written and bad review and I don't want to write this one but I have reached the end of my rope. After trying to cancel my account for MONTHS I am still being charged $233.85/monoth in FEES. I haven't used their services even ONCE. The first several weeksI relied to cancel the phone number for customer service would randomly hang up or leave me on hold for 30-60 mins to, in the end, never speak to a human being. I tried emailing as well with no response. Finally I got a hold of someone and canceled the account (after 30 or more minutes on the phone) only to receive another bill for the fees. It seems the cancellation didn't go thru. So I then had to go thru the entire process again.. hunting someone down on the phone w several phone calls, sending a letter as they require requesting a cancelation, as well as the endless questions from the rep "verifying" my account. After FINALLY receiving an email confirming the cancellation I have received YET ANOTHER bill for $233.85 for fees AFTER I canceled the account. I feel like I am in the twilight zone. I really don't know what to do to get out of this "service".
