      Absolute worst experience - stay away.
      We tried setting up merchant processing with them, gave them everything they asked for and then they denied us without any reason whatsoever.
      Save your time - go elsewhere!!!

      At first great service, but after I received the equipment and realized it will not work for my business. I found I was lied to on how much my monthly fee would be and two months later charging me for the equipment I sent back two months ago and am dealing with the lack of communication with the company. Never once used their service and never will.

      Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. In review of your signed merchant processing agreement, terms, and conditions fees charge were valid. Regarding the equipment our records indicate on or around 8/28/2024 $399.00 non-return of equipment fee was rejected by your bank due to stop payment. The balance for the equipment remains outstanding. Please provide the shipping and tracking details (shipping company, date of shipment, return shipping address, and tracking number). The requested information will allow us to research for receipt of equipment. We look forward to hearing from you in hopes to resolve this matter.

      I signed up with paysafe and account was approved with them. I took a visa card unknowingly from great Britain. I waited a couple days to find out how long funding takes and was told I can't accept international cards. I was told to refund the money which I did. Then I was told to send proof of ownership which I did. Monica took over my case never gets on the phone or returns calls. I told them to close the account. I wasted enough time with them

      We have been using Swipe Simple for 5 years. I tried to run a transaction the other day and got an error message. I called and they told me that I had canceled, which I had not. They said someone would call me back and they never did. I would not trust Swipe Simple!! We are now having to quickly find a new processor and have no.way to.run cards.

      They promise lower processing fees. example: we used square, and they promised we would pay half what we pay to Square. They dont tell you about an additional processing fee each month. we ended up paying almost $500 more in fees to Paysafe than we would have with square. Their user interface is awful. you cant see what fees you are being charged ever!!! the transactions are always missing from the Dashboard so you cant see those either. The terminal constantly disconnects and reconnects. Dont believe them... stick with well-known companies like Square.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. In 2018 I engaged an entirely different company for payment processing. Unbeknownst to me, somehow Paysafe got my account. When I cancelled with my original contractor in 2022, Paysafe continued to take fees from my account. Shame on my for not paying attention. However, they raise my fees from $69 to 79, to 89, to $210 without ever once notifying me. I had to contact Chase to help me block them, but then even Chase didn't know who it was. It took me days to figure out who this was, including a call to Canada, who got me to the right location, in Woodlands, TX. At this point I was finally able to cancel this. Four months later I'm told I'm going to collections--never once did I get a notice. When they turned me over to collections, that group had an entirely different zip code for me (more evidence that they never engaged with me personally). No wonder I was never notified of anything. THIS IS VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. My next stop is the FTC, Senator, Elizabeth Warren, and the Consumer Protection Bureau.

      Paysafe is a typical business today. They will promise you what ever they have to to get your business. Once you sign the paper work they do not keep their word. Nothing they say is true.

      This company has cost me two weeks worth of business. Their online sytem which supports Clover POS systems is impossible to decifer and get through. I've litterally spent hours with PAYSAFE personel trying to order a Mini CLover Device. After numerous attempt and staff that was unwilling to let me speak to a supervisor I have given up. I'll be switching over to Square.

      Closed my account in September 2023 and was still billed. Still haven't received my funds from last closed transaction. They are holding thousands of dollars of mines and keep telling me it's being processed. It's now May 2024

      My review is the same of those below. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Initial set up was told the majority of my fees would be at the 1.99% fees. What actually occurred was they charged 1.99 + 2% as a non qualified charges. It was clearly stated at set up how we would be using the account.
      When I called to find out what the fees were I was on the phone for over 75 minutes with no results. The Sales person could not help me just gave me customer service dept.
      After 3 days of being a customer I am already cancelling service with the company. I'm anticipating this will not go well either.

Also, in review of the recorded calls there was no statement of a guarantee your credit card sales would fall in the discount rate fee of 1.99%. We apologize for any misunderstanding, it was found the fees are valid.
