      ********, your designer, is very professional and patient. When I learned that she came to my home from one hour's drive away, I felt very guilty. This distance was not her job scope, but because I needed to communicate in Chinese, the company entrusted her to assist me, which made me feel valued,, Thank you. Looking forward to your designs.

      Excellent service. Installers arrived on time and verified the measurements for all closets and garage cabinets. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job.

      ******* did a great job! She was amenable to my requests and also provided creative guidance on which design would suit the space better. Shes efficient, personable and professional. Though she was late by 30 minutes, she was apologetic and made up for it by a good session.

      The following was sent to Closet World and received no response on both accounts after inquiring on product design installed in our bedroom.Previously sent information regarding our bedroom closet to closet world based on email they provided after calling their hot line from the flyer. No response was received to that email. I was told top management would respond. I asked how soon. As soon as they can they replied. Over two weeks has passed from the initial inquiry of installation. Individuals who installed the product did their job. Unfortunately we have a problem, as we didnt ask for a garage cabinet to be installed in our bedroom. I referred a picture of our bedroom to their flyer that had a garage cabinet. We didnt even get a design the resembles their reach in closet that they had on their flyer. The designer took the measurements and assured a quality, customized product, not a supply closet for a garage. The other two pieces that were installed in separate rooms are fine. We are unsatisfied with this installed product. We would like it removed and funds returned for this specific piece put in the master bedroom. Previous inquiry submitted after reaching out to closet world number to send pictures too. Good afternoon. This is to follow up on recent closet installation of master bedroom for Client#****** Installed closet does not match what was discussed with designer. Installed product is not flush with flooring, hanging space limited and too short, middle hanging area and shelving area supposed to be pushed back and wider. Refer to pictures after installation. Final product looks like it goes in a garage.

      I drove down 2 hours to have a consultation at my second property, only to have closet world cancel 20 minutes before my consultation, talk about being professional!Ended up getting a same day consultation with ********** instead and booked the job with them. Thanks closet world for forcing me to look for other options.
