      The company promises great service but cannot follow through. The sales might be attractive but don't commit. The installation team is poor. ****** out of ******* ** lied about having a manger when I tried filing a complaint and transferred to sales. The installation team blamed the sales and vice versa while they have your money and you have no product. They also tried to blame the branch of ***** Fargo project loans say it was their fault installation was not happening. It has been reported to them as well. What they are doing is wrong and **************** said illegal since they have the money already and refuse to provide the service they stated.

      0 Stars - Original appointment. made 2 weeks ahead of time, was supposed to be between **** am. Within days of setting up the appointment we received 2 calls confirming the appointment. We got a call the day of telling us our appointment was scheduled between 2-4 pm. We explained that we couldn't do it in the afternoon but *******, the installation supervisor, said he couldn't do anything about it. On the day of installation, the installer came at 4:40 pm and said it would take 3 hours to complete one closet (until 8 pm), on a Wednesday! The installer needed to come back on Friday to complete the other 2 closets. We had total of 3 closets to install. We asked the installation supervisor to come back Friday instead to install all closets. He said that couldn't be done! HORRIBLE customer service. ALSO, be aware that they ask you for the whole payment on the day of installation. According to them, customers are paying for the product and that the service is free. A BIG RED FLAG and we weren't told about this. Of course, the fine print is on the back of the page, where you sign. DO NOT give this company your hard earned money!

      We don't have our closet yet, so this rating is based purely on ***** our designer. She is stellar! **** is patient, knowledgeable and worked within our tight budget. I appreciate her expertise and highly-recommend her to anyone who wants to 'get it right'. I can't wait for our new closet in two weeks. She made it easier than I thought it would be. Thank you ****!!!

      If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a joke. Firstly, we didnt receive a confirmation call for installation. On the day of installation, the installer arrives late and did not complete the job. He stated he had the wrong hinges and would return in the morning. I took off work and waited the whole day. No phone call and no installer. Mind you we paid 50% deposit for the project on the day of agreement and the remaining balance on the day of installation. After a no-show and paying full amount for an incomplete job, I called the company. I explained the situation and was left on hold for several minutes. The phone disconnects, I called back and was told the person I needed to speak with was not available. Eventually, *****************************, returned my phone call. This guy asked ME, the customer, what else was needed to complete the project. WTF??!! This infuriated me! He had no clue!!! Apparently they forgot all about the incomplete job, but they didnt forget to **** me!!!

      They scammed me out of my money . They. Said I have 3 days to call and cancel the contract if I didnt want to go through with it so I did . And now they dont want to refund my money back to me ! ?? spoke to a supervisor and she was very rude and told me basically we have your money and you can do the project when you are ready ! C they are trying to force me in doing my closet with them ???????? I will not go business with them at all ! They are very rude ! Terrible customer service .

      Closet World has done several projects for us and we're always happy with the results. The consultant, *******, we had this last time was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great suggestions without being pushy. I'd definitely work with him again!
