      Loved our experience and a great new functional closet! Would definitely recommend or use again. Just a bit pricey but worth it.

      Installer extorted us for money! Stay as far away as possible! The sales representatives will tell you you're getting a great deal. They will tell you they are removing charges that others pay. All friendly and slick. The installers will then try to upsell you by saying certain customizations are extra. But that's just the beginning.Our installer had to go buy extra parts and complained about how much time they were spending. He then told my fianc she had to pay him $250 cash on the spot for his extra time and materials. She didn't want to. He told her he wasn't leaving until she at least wrote him a check. She was scared and wrote the check. When I discovered this, only after complaining and threatening to go to the police, Closet World refunded us for the materials and we cancelled payment on the check. And warranty? A joke. I called for warranty service because the ball bearings were falling out of a drawer glide. I was told it would be $130 for the labor IN ADVANCE and that the glides aren't manufactured by Closet World so they are not covered. When I balked at paying in advance, the installation manager for ******************* said, "I can charge you $60 for the replacement glide if you want." I will have a handyman repair the drawer.Shame on the BBB for giving this company an A- review. It deserves an F

      We needed to replace one of our drawers. No problem for Closet World. It was easily scheduled. Call to confirm and name of person handling it. ****** came. He was great!So pleased with ********** set up. We've enjoyed it for over 5 years !!!

      This is solely based on the sales rep ******** She did a great job with the design and explaining the process. We are hoping the install will go just as smoothly.

      **** and ******* were professional and the craftsmanship was amazing. I can't wait to get started on my other two quotes. My daughter's closet is fully funtional for all her clothes, shoes, and storage for her arts snd crafts supplies.

      Pauline was wonderful!!! I felt like I could really tell her what my needs were and she listened! She felt like a warm hug! It was as though I didn't want her to leave!! I felt this connection with her. I can't wait to see her design come to life! Pauline is a rare gem!! I adore her!!!!!!

      She was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered every question and I really liked how she measured and explained at the closet the new design.

      Do NOT choose closet world. It has been a nightmare in customer service and and quality. ****** and ****** are supposed to be the supervisors but they are the main problem. They were late in installing our closet, then they measured incorrectly so they had to return two more times to get it correct. Then 4 months later my closet collapsed and it took nearly a month to get them back out here. Meanwhile while I was on the phone with ****** he raised his voice to tell me "We have a lot of clients, you're not the only one". Wow, our closet cost 5k and this is the response I get. I would never recommend choosing closet world to anyone.

      I have used them 3 times. All good experiences. Today was the same. The consultant was very helpful. I'm hoping installation will go smooth like before
