This is my third installation with closet world. It is by far my worse experience with Closet World. I have tried to get a hold of the salesperson that assured me he would resolve any issues and he has not called me back. The head of installation **** really isnt interested in helping me out and appears to have no control over his employees to get a call back to resolve this issue. I am very disappointed with this company s treatment of a return customerCloset World

We had a very bad experience with this company. Our designer gave us false information and promised us things that could be taken care of and in the end, we were told the day of installation, they were not made aware of the details on my order. The miscommunication was horrible. **************** are not supportive at all and again also, gave me false information. They said I would receive a phone call from the manager, yet I never did. I will make sure to share this experience with others. I took a day off of work which isnt easy, and nothing was done.Closet World

From the initial quote to installation, everything went smoothly and as planned. The service was excellent!However, the $50 disposal fee for the items removed from the closet was an unpleasant surprise. I wish this had been communicated upfront or included in the initial bid. It would also be ideal if the installation and cleanup were handled on the same day, providing a more seamless and satisfying experience.Closet World

****** was exceptional. My Mother is 85 years old, and she took the time to explain everything to her. Even though she spent an extended amount of time she was still warm and genuine. My mother was very happy with ******, and has already recommended her to others. She is the epitome of outstanding service to the community. We welcome her in our home anytime.Closet World

This is genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And the product is worse.I hired Closetworld to install two closets. There were errors in measurement, numerous installation visits, poor quality standards, product safety concerns, and failure to understand the requirements of our needs have caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. The product delivered and installed is not the quality promised at the purchase time.Every concern I expressed to their management was dismissed. The designer was wrong in their measurements, and it was left to me to deal with it. They do everything on carbon paper and charge extra for a digital mockup. The carbon paper was so confusing that their factory cut the wrong sizes multiple times.The drawer handles were wrong, the paint was chipped, the panels were damaged, the backing was not flush to the wall, the shelves were missing, it took three trips instead of one, installation start times were at 2 pm instead of 9 am, and the quality overall appeared poor versus what was shown. I even paid extra for the backing, and they don't provide backing under all areas of the closet (but notice the top area they provide).Now I'm stuck with a horrible-looking closet. Honestly, it was the worst purchase experience I've ever had. I can't believe I paid so much to be stuck with this.Closet World

Im really disappointed with my experience with Closet World-Vista. I trusted them to create a custom closet solution for my space, but they fell short in a big way. The designer made a mistake in the plans, and as a result, the installation didnt match what was *********** make matters worse, Ive been trying to resolve this issue for months, but Ive gotten no response from the installer. I had been ill for a while, so this wasnt something I could address immediately, but now that Im following up, Im being ignored. Its incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns dont matter after spending so much money and putting my trust in this company.All I want is for the company to acknowledge their mistake and refund me for the work that wasnt done as promised. It shouldnt take this much effort to get someone to take responsibility and make things right.I wish I could recommend them, but based on this experience, I just cant. I hope they start treating their customers with the respect and responsiveness they deserve.Closet World
