      Harbor Freight offers tools at incredibly low prices, the tools range in quality, but Harbor Freight is good at communicating that quality range with their different sub-brands to let you know about how long you can expect the tool to last. Every tool in their Icon brand is professional quality at half or even one-tenth the cost. Their customer service is also top-notch.

      3/4 in. Drive Metric Impact Deep Socket Set, 8 Piece @ harbor freight clearly shows one defective socket (the 21mm) it has the drive end on each side. Reviews have been posted about it and they still sell the set that all have the defective socket. I paid cash and do not ever use my cell phone number. My complaint is When you try to return a defective product with receipt, you still need a Cell phone number for a refund. They only ask for cell in case you loose your receipt but this is not true.

      I purchased a vertical shaft *********** at Harbor freight in ****. I got to motor home and noticed the Styrofoam packing was broken into pieces. I installed the motor and after attempting to start it the pull cord failed to return and never got the motor to run. I removed the fluids and returned it to the store. After spending three hours installing, removing and transporting it back to the store (120 total miles) I was informed I would be charged over $40.00 for a restocking fee as it was "company policy". The item was defective and returned the same day and a restocking fee is ridiculous. I feel the owe me the amount they refused to refund me and the 20 percent restocking fee included 20 percent of the tax I paid on the item .

      Order date 1/19/24. Expected delivery 3/1/24.It was supposed to go via **** and everything online says it di. But the delivery information link sent me to a cheap-o ************** Everything will arrive way too late for my project. And after they make the mistake, I'm the one who has to call back after delivery to fix it.

      harbor freight sold ** a log splitter and the first time we were using it, a lot flew out and smashed my husband in the face. It took them a month to acknowledge our message and then took 2 more months for them to say SORRY we won't help you! $10,000 plus in medical - ER visits, ENT visits and surgery. The ENT said had it moved over 1/2" the results would have been catastrophic. Lost wages and he's still suffering. They couldn't care any less about their customers. F rating pretty much proves that. Too bad there are not ZERO stars!

      Hello today Jan. 9 I was at Harbor freight to purchase a 22 horse tow motor and the price that was on the shelf was $499. I took the ticket up to the cashier and paid. After that someone brought me a welder out from the back and I said no thats not what I paid for,two other employees came over to see what was going on and I was told that it was not the right price (looks like a bate and switch)) so I got a refund for the welder (that I never wanted) and just left.Not good business practice.

      Made a visit to my local store who was showing a sandblast cabinet in stock. After waiting 20 minutes they couldnt find it and suggested I ordered online. I order online and paid for 5-7 shipping. Here we are on day 7 and none of my order has shipped. I send an email and received the most useless answer possible. So now i call and finally get told sorry its running late. I work for a company with over 500 mechanics. I will be sure to suggest they spend their money elsewhere. Its a good thing places like Amazon are putting brick and mortar out of business. If you cant ship something within 7 days you shouldnt be in business. I know if I told my customers 7 days *** and I couldnt hold my promise they would spend their money elsewhere just like I will now. There should be reimbursement penalties for going over shipping times.

      Great prices, Good quality, Great return policy.I have been shopping Harbor Freight for years and will continue. Some of there products are better then others and they generally have 3 price tiers, so choose wisely. some of the lower tier is c*** but you can return it if it brakes( at least one month) and you can buy replacement plans up to 3 years on most products. The top tier is pretty good and super good for the price.

      I went online because Harbor Freight was advertising U.S. GENERAL 44 in. Double Bank Top Chest, Green ****** 2 for $99.0. Also U.S. GENERAL44 in. x 22 in. Double Bank Roller Cabinet, Green for $249.00. I looked thru all of the ********* stores and none of them had any series 2 in stock. I called and was told they don't make these anymore. So, I looked thru all the colors listed, to find that none of the colors in this series are available in any ********* store. The ****** 3 is new and prices are $450.00 for the U.S. General 44 x 22 double bank top chest, and $599.00 for the U.S. General double bank roller cabinet. So a difference of $351 for the *********** top chest, and $350.00 for the double bank roller cabinet.

      FALSE and Misleading advertisement. They have more than a **** advertisements at the front that says in big letters BLACK FRIDAY SALE NOW. I spent more than an hour and a half in the store thank goodness it was only 2 items because when they rang up I was just about to pay and I realized it didn't seem right only then did the cashier who was very friendly let me know that the prices were only good for the dates listed below that. As I explained to her that's very misleading it says Black Friday sale now but in reality the sale starts on Black Friday or the 20th if you choose to pay to join their club. I called that very night and made a complaint and was told someone to call me back and that has never happened to this day.
