      Im very disappointed with this insurance company. 2 months ago i was charged 130 more than my regular amount after adding a vehicle for 3 days. Contacted my rep who starting looking into it. I told him they better not charge me for next month. Because this needs to get figured out 1st. No response tried calling both farmers and bristol but couldn't get threw. Emailed next come to find out my rep was gone. They then already took my next payment so 130 plus 60 in overdraft fees and they are saying they arent BUDGING! YUP IN THOSE WORDS! WAIT WHAT?? YOUR COMPANY OVER CHARGED ME! I wish we could send companies to collection. I wish I would of read reviews. This is NOT OK! NO WONDER THE WORLD IS MAD!!!! ThisHIS COMPANY OWES ME MONEY PERIOD! YOU OVER CHARGED ME!

      Terrible company! They would only pay for 2 days for a rental car. They expected the repair shop to complete my car in 2 days. The repair shop owner has NEVER IN HIS BUSINESS EXPERIENCE dealt with an insurance company that would not cover the entire time to repair my vehicle. There were additional parts waiting to be delivered. Farmers doesn't care or doesnt want to understand that THERE ARE FEW REPAIR SHOPS that can get a repair done in two days. Especially when EVERYONE ELSE IN THE USA KNOWS that deliveries across the country are backed up. It doesn't matter to Farmers. Even the RENTAL COMPANY was surprised that your company would expect me to pay for the remainder time I would need the rental. I hope I NEVER have to deal with your company again! No concern for the consumers! Beware of Farmers!

      We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We continue to consider this claim a two-day repair. Our understanding is that Ms. ********s vehicle was drivable. Our expectation, which was explained to Ms. ******* on June 29, 2022, would be for the body shop to have ordered the parts and confirmed their arrival prior to accepting the ********'s vehicle. We are unable to extend further rental days incurred by the need to order parts after a premature drop-off of the vehicle on July 18, 2022.

      Should Ms. ******* have any questions regarding her claim, she may speak with Claims Supervisor Vincent ******* at (XXX) XXX-XXXX.
