All I want to say to anyone Farmers Insurance is the one to avoid at all costs they are not trustworthy, they lie and after they take your money they will micromanage everything on the policy for not to pay any kind of claims
After years of paying thousands of dollars for my car and or my home they gave me **** because I did file a two thousand dollars claim that of course it was not approved.
Never Again Farmers you are not getting any more money from me!!Farmers Insurance

I did file my claim #XXXXXXXXXX-X on July XX XXXX and it was for $ 2019.81 Special Assessment that it was covered on my Policy under
Loss Assessment"
at first I was told that it should be approved then later they said it was not then they started to ask for all kind of Documents that I could not possibly obtain they dragged everything for A month until I got to the dateline when I had to pay my self to the HOA or face late chargers and penalties from the HOA
The last conversation that I had on the telephone with Jessika Reil she told me that Maby it would be partial approved after that

Horrible ******** Service!!!! Made several attempts on line and on the phone to get an insurance quote on three different cars, two motorcycles and renter's insurance. My first attempt online directed me to make a phone call, weird, but okay. I called, spoke with an individual over the phone where I constantly repeated myself, my name, occupation, what I was trying to accomplish, which is obtaining a quote. The continued repeating of my self resulted in me hanging up, calling back and hopefully speak with somebody who can hear and understand English. The second attempt, was a female, whom did not understand why I could not complete the quote online, where it turned into this political debate and so forth that had nothing to do with moving forward in establishing a simple insurance quote. NO BODY AT FARMERS IS CAPABLE OF DELIVERING A SIMPLE INSURANCE QUOTE!!!! WTH????Farmers Insurance

My name is ***** ****, I'm so **** out, I came home from work and Farmers Insurance cancel my policy stating 2 thing, how my car is in Brooklyn park, my family lives in Brooklyn and Because I had a accident, isn't the reason we pay for policy if something happens, I work for the Toyota dealership and I will not refer anybody to them until they fix this, (No legal claim to do this) I was told somebody was going to call me back, I'm still waitingFarmers Insurance

End of June I followed my friend's warm recommendation and asked his Farmers Insurance agent for a quote. 3 weeks later the insurance guy finally emailed me back and apologized that my email got lost. That happens, so I emailed back and told him that I already signed with another company. No big deal, stuff happens. But imagine my surprise when I got a letter in the mail yesterday, dated 19 days earlier (5 days after I told them that I signed up elsewhere): informing me that they denied me insurance. So now if I'm asked if I ever got denied insurance, I have to answer "yes". Stay away from them!Farmers Insurance

I purchased a Foremost renters insurance policy (owned by Farmers) through Progressive.
About 2 months later, I received a notice that our policy was being canceled due to issues with the roof. We've never had an issue with the roof leaking, although admittedly there were branches touching the roof (these were subsequently trimmed). No further information was given. No photos. We were told that our insurance would expire in 26 days.
I called and spoke to no fewer than 5 people. Each person was kind on a personal level, but there was a dropped call, technical glitches (couldn't hear people well), multiple errors in accessing information, prolonged waits, etc. Here are some major issues with this company:
-Unreasonable deadlines. It's impossible to get someone to replace a roof in a busy urban area 3 weeks. The company is not willing to adjust deadlines. I was told, "This is where the industry is heading."
-Lack of detail on what would be needed. I had to inquire that a new roof was required. I'm still not sure exactly why.
-Technological glitches, long waits, nice ******** service representatives.
-I inquired multiple times about speaking to someone about our experience at Foremost, and nobody knew how to escalate concerns.
-I asked repeatedly for photos of the issue. None were provided.
Very poor company. Progressive referred me to themand I'm a longtime Progressive customerbut Foremost is a company to avoid.Farmers Insurance

Horrible Insurance...they kept kicking me out of my "discounts" every month around billing time and charging me an outrageous amount. Then when I canceled they said I owed on my premium for homeowners insurance because my roof was 30 years old. When in fact it was 4...Sent all documents requested and pictures and signed an affidavit...and still was charged the extra money stating that I should have sent the paper work in " that I never received" from the beginning. My original agent went to a different company and they did not assigned me a new agent until after I had canceled for a month.Farmers Insurance

Yes document did reflect a full roof replacement....and before and after pictures.....which has the house address on the house Plus and affidavit that I had to call repeatedly just to get sent to me by email. I was told my pictures were not acceptable but the pictures the gentleman took and claimed was an old roof were accepted. The short 5 months I was with your Insurance only once was I charged the premium promised. NOT TO MENTION THE AGENT I SIGNED WITH QUIT working with ur insurance. FUNNY the insurance provider before yall has had no issues and the insurance I am currently with has no issues, just Farmers.Review fromHaqqeka P

I'm paying for full coverage mainly due to the roadside assistance. My car disabled on highway since August X XXXX it's now August X XXXX . Due to Farmers auto insurance lack of ******** service every day I'm calling and they apologizing for the inconvenience repeatedly saying give them 24 to resolve issues i I finally called AAA . My son did the responsible thing and got his own insurance policy after he graduated high school. They added my daughter to his sons policy, which was never suppose to happen because she was still covered on my policy, and after multiple attempts to remove her, they never would. He cancelled his policy and got new insurance and got a bill from Farmers for her and him for a policy that was cancelled. Both myself and my son have made multiple phone calls and NO ONE was willing to help. They did at one time send a broken link for him to remove her but it would never work and he told them multiple times it was not working. Farmers is charging us for their mistake and making us be at fault for it. They are willing to ruin a hard working responsible young mans credit because they made a mistake and will not fix it. NO STARS but this site is making me leave at least one but I would not recommend to anyone. If they mess up, you pay for it because no one will take responsibility and resolve the problem.Farmers Insurance

A driver hit my car and I was dealing with the claims agent. My car was an suv and they are trying to give me a car that was not similar to what I have. A car just above a compact car. I told them. I need at least a suv. I am not happy cause the car they are giving me is an inconvenient for me having children and car seats.
