I called Plumb Pros because of a blocked drain, and the plumber who came out, ******, knew exactly how to test the situation. He determined it was a partially blocked drain, and when the first rooter didn't seem to open the blockage, he tried his backup rooter and that did the job. He cleared the blockage, and I'm very happy with Plumb Pros.Ray in *********

**** was very polite from the time he step foot in my door, he was very professional and as he installed the parts he made sure that I knew what he was doing and kept asking me ************** do you have any questions for me which my wife and I liked, he even showed me what he was doing before he did it and showed me after he was done which we liked. Plumb Pros was amazing, they had someone out to assess and repair the damage from the upstairs bathroom to the main floor. Damage assessment and repair was same day. ****** the technician/plumber that was assigned was very professional, friendly and even nice to the furbabies that tried to "help". I will highly recommend/refer them and will use them again, hopefully not in the near future.Plumb Pros, Inc.

I was blown away by the level of responsiveness, knowledge and integrity exhibited by the team at Plumb Pros. I can confidently say that this has been by far my best experience yet with a plumber, and look forward to coming back to them for future needs! Working with them felt like working with family, and **** explained to us what was happening and how to fix it as if it were my own dad. Plumb Pros are the most professional, trustworthy and responsive team I have ever worked with. I support nursing homes and we recently had very serious issues with heating during ********** cold. They worked night and day to ensure our residents were taken care of. They saved ** from having to evacuate approximately 70 seniors from their home. Rolly is one of my favorite humans now!
