My insurance company needed proof that the plumbing had been replaced in our **** home. I needed a receipt from 2007 and they were able to find the receipt and send it to me. They saved me hundreds of dollars in increased insurance costs.Plumb Pros, Inc.

******* did a great job installing my garbage disposal. He was very courteous and answered all my questions as he did the installation. PlumbPros was able to dispatch a service tech on fairly short notice for which we were very grateful. The technician arrived about two hours late, but communication and updates were satisfactory. The repair, which included fixng a small leak to our main water supply took a total of 40 minutes. Our main complaint was the $450.00 charge, discounted from over $700 originally quoted. The effective hourly rate being over $600.00/hr. The repair seems to be holding, and we did receive a follow-up courtesy call which was appreciated.Plumb Pros, Inc.

We had to have our drain cleaned and the gentleman that came to do our service was very helpful. ***** explained everything in detail about the costs and what options we had in regards to the drain cleaning process. We ended up choosing to having to our Mainline cleaned after all because it was clogged but ***** worked hard and cleaned it out and got it flowing again.Plumb Pros, Inc.
