    Its my first time using this company through ************ LLC and everyone involved in this warranty process including the builder lacks professionalism and integrity. Im unhappy with company! I have been waiting since closing on Dec 2022. I followed up with a request via the **** warranty portal in January 2023 for the builders to complete multiple repair jobs at my new home and no one has followed up to resolve it. Its been crickets. Im so glad I got a home inspection completed to use as supporting documentation. I submitting my requests through the portal like Devoro representatives advised me to do at closing and I am still waiting. Were in the Quarter 2 of 2023 and I have repairs covered under this warranty and no help or follow up. The communication is so bad. Called and was put on hold for hours. I do not recommend doing business with them especially if youre in the North ******* area.

    This company is an absolute gem to work with .I am sorry I did not start using them earlier. I am a real estate broker and I tell all my friend and clients about them.

    **** has been amazing. Claims are SO easy to file, coverage is clearly articulated in my warranty plan documents, and every single contractor that they have connected me with has been professional, on time, and completed their repairs to my satisfaction. Each time I have called in to ****'s staff, they've warmly and quickly answered my questions and requests for updates. I highly recommend **** Supreme warranty service and will continue to use them as long as I can.

    They are the worst company ever. We have been without AC for several weeks now. The customer service sucked. I called them and was put on hold for ***** minutes and sometimes it takes them a day or more to call back. The rep that I talked with would not let me get a word in and would constantly talk over me and then when I asked for a supervisor she said what for. She refused to transfer me to a super saying they dont have a supervisor and this is the call center. They look for the cheapest part possible while leaving us to deal with things. The supper said I could call my own people to have it done faster but the last time we did this they never reimburse us. I will be looking for a different company. The worst experience ever

    Our home warranty through **** was provided by sellers. It is awful. No customer service. The techs they send through companies are not knowledgeable or helpful. They will provide you contractors that are not accredited by BBB and have bad reviews/no reviews/ etc. $100 to diagnose and not repair anything. BEWARE!!

    Very unhappy with company! I have been waiting since January for a appliance buy out payment. Supposedly the check has been sent out twice! Still waiting. Called today to check on second check and was told I have to wait until the end of the month before a new check can be sent!
