My experience with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty has been nothing but outstanding! I've had to use them three times since purchasing my home three years ago and the experience was beyond expectation. Well worth the money!

I have no affiliation with this company, and I got a phishing letter in the mail from this company (this company uses the fraudulent practice of sending mail purporting to be from a company). The letter seemed legitimate (with no logos/private/confidential) from my mortgage company/bank insinuating that I had 21 days to call some random phone number or else I lose my home warranty. There was no mention of **** Home Warranty; the only way I figured this out was by calling the phone number. This is a violation of the law, and anybody who has the energy/time can press charges accordingly.

**** warranty is a waste of money! Our hot water heater leaked all over our basement, ruined a ton of furniture not to mention the flooring. During our time on the phone they stated it would be 2 wks before someone could get to us. Two wks without showers, or a dishwasher or sink to wash dishes? Are you kidding me! They said if we found a tech to service us we would be refunded. So we did, had thr guy out same day. Once we turned in the reciept for service for $1800 we were told "oh sorry, that company is not in our network" !!!! So they refunded us $200. Big deal like that even puts a dent to the money we spent. After a follow up phone call they gave us an additional $50. What an insult and a company that gladly took over $600 from us at the time of our closing. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! THEY DO NOT put their customers first! Karma!

I completely regret following the realtors suggestion of using 210 Home Warranty. We paid out of our pocket to have the warranty since the seller didn't want to include one. I have built homes and bought homes with warranties that actually put forth effort in honoring a true Warranty. We have been denied on all claims we have submitted. They didn't seem to care that we were without heat! Hvac system ended up needing completely replaced because there was several issues. 210 had a contractor co.e out and he wanted to fix only one thing to see if it would work. *** followed his lead on this diagnosis even though everyone knew that wasn't a long term fix nor one that would last on the original hvac unit. So they decided to say pre existing and denied.... isn't everything pre existing on a home that is being re sold to another owner? So we paid out of pocket to fix the problem. Fast forward to Jan 2023. Plumbing issue in the primary bathroom shower. File a claim for 210. The contract came out (completely unprofessional) told me himself he dislikes all the warranty work and dealing with 210. (Needless to say I didn't ask his thoughts on ****** was him standing there unprofessional griping about having to come to my house for a warranty call) No one can get a hold of the contractor for him to submit his findings on this issue. So we have been with a working shower since ***! I have had to call and call to try to get a hold of contractor. 210 has tried! Again no resolution. Now they state they are trying again! At what point does 210 actually do the right thing and have someone with authority to help the situation. Calling customer service line is absolutely a waste of time. I can literally tell you the script of what they are going to say! Do Not Buy this Warranty. It will waste your time and also more simple things will not be covered. There is no follow up from the company you have to babysit the entire process! Sincerely a customer who is extremely dissatisfied!

I have used **** Warranty for about three nows. I wanted to write a review based on my most recent experiences over the past 1 year. During the summer, my ** and HV** had not been working around the June 2022 year. So I decided to start a request through ****. The contractor came out on June 4, 2022 and did not do much, did not notice significant damage. I believe did a quick review and maybe drained some of the water from the pan. On June 13, 2022, the same contractor did a similar check for the same issue, some more but did not do much in terms of work. So the ** still was not cooling. I also showed the contractor that water was heavily leaking outside through the outside drain. On the third visit, the contractor came back, he decided to put in refrigerant. After doing this, the ** seemed to cool better but barely cooled to around 77 to 77 degrees. After the summer months and temperature cooled, I got HV** maintenance inspection, did not want to use the contractor that **** recommended. I did a search and found a contractor that would do the inspection and they found numerous issues on the first visit. They found numerous issues that the **** recommended contractor did not find. The coil was leaking and heavily rusted. They recommended to replace the system. Also, they recommended to expedite the replacement so that there will be no further leaks and to get the best rate. I wanted to file a claim with **** but it seems impossible through their site. I tried to call and they could not help. I eventually pushed the claim but I decided to get the work done without hearing back from ****. I submitted the claims details estimate of ****** dollars. So I got the work done and would like to see if **** would cover any cost. They said they ould give 300 pre-approved limit of the ****** amount, not much at all. I am filing this 1 star review for the experience working with **** on this. You can see work order : ******* ****** B

I am a paying customer of of 11 years. I am being denied any assistance with replacement of my AC unit. The company considers a system failed if it doesn't work at all. Not if it freezes over every time I use the oven. Not if the air handler sounds like a running truck in my garage. Nothing, unless it doesn't work at all. I knew they wouldn't cover full replacement. I was looking for the amount my contract offers, which according to customer service was a measly $1500. They won't even approve that after 11 years of $650-$750 a year. And to top it off, the claims department hung up on me, for not being professional, after I waited on hold for 50+ minutes. They told me I confirmed my system hadn't failed after I told them all of the above. Do not waste your hard earned money on this company. You'd be better off putting money aside for appliance replacement rather than give it to this company. They will not replace anything. They are a repair company, and you pay a $75 deductible every single time a technician comes out, whether they do anything or not. I will be filing a complaint with the state insurance commissioner.
