    Like all the other complaints they are the worst warranty company I ever dealt with. Oven broke 1 week before thanksgiving. Eta for replacement is 3/3/23, Luckily it was a double oven.

    This company is the absolute worst. They scam people and gaslight people and then basically cover nothing. The local contractors they hire also lack expertise. The person they sent out to check my furnace said he was an english teacher for years and did this is retirement. They guy they sent out to check a bathroom leak didn't even test the discoloration on the ceiling before cutting open my ceiling and 'claiming' there was a HUGE $8,000 plus problem. After an extensive length of time, I found another company, a reputable company in my area, that confirmed there was nothing wrong!! These people need to be taken to court!!!! especially a woman name ******************************* who gaslighted me on voicemails repeatedly. They all deserve the terrible treatment they give to others!!

    210 Home Buyers is a scam company. They do not intend on helping with repairs. They don't even have technicians available in their network so you are left trying to find the cheapest company for a diagnosis because your deductible is ***** dollars. Your stuck with any remaining balance for visit. Then you send estimate of repair/replacement of failed item only to be told they will only pay 1/3 of cost. This company is nothing more than the equivalent to dental insurance. It may only be beneficial for very minor services like a snaking a clogged toilet or replacing a door handle nothing more. The "insurance " was with the house purchase. I'm glad I found out about this scam before I renewed policy. I will be spreading the word on these thieves. Maybe we can shut this operation down.

    This place is a scam- and the **** estate agents that tell you to purchase this warranty are just as corrupt. I have been paying for this warranty for three years. I had my electricity go out, and they can't fix it because meter boxes aren't considered for electrical services. I'd love to get all these people involved in a class action suit. I have been on hold for 30 minutes, waiting to cancel my subscription.

    No a happy camper. Have had **** for several years. Had an issue with water heater and had the work order on hold. After deciding to proceed they claimed I said I would prefer a payout. There was no other option after speaking with 3 people and professing I never asked for the payout. Difficult to work with and less than desirable customer service.

    Company uses telemarketers in ***** who pretend they are from your power company and then try to sell you a warranty. They do this to circumvent the Do-Not-Call list. If they are this dishonest in marketing, you can only imagine how dishonest they'd be in honoring a warranty.

    Used **** Home warranty for 7.5 years. I had a tankless hot water heater quit working in December 23, 2022. They sent a technician out to diagnose the hot water heater. They reported the findings to 2 -10 warranty and said the unit needs to be replaced. **** agreed to replace the unit. After a couple of days, **** called me to tell me the unit was still under manufacturers warranty and I had to contact them because that warranty overrides the **** warranty. Once I called the manufactures warranty, they had me tear the unit apart and submit pictures. One of the pipes inside the unit had a crack and leaking water. The manufacturer then tells me that part is not covered under the factory warranty. I then called back to **** to let them know the manufactures warranty does not cover the pipes. **** told me that they could do nothing because its under manufactures warranty even tho the manufacture declined coverage. I paid 7.5 years for a warranty only for them to deny my claim when it was needed. Why have extended warranty when they dont pay when needed? I had to pay out **** dollars to get the unit replaced and installed. Stay far away from this company.

    My furnace quit working on the coldest day in 35 years. I opened the claim on 12/24/22. They have approved the repair but have not ordered the part yet as of 1/3/23. I have not had heat in 2 weeks. There is no sense of urgency and they put you on long wait times and then give you little to no information. I escalated my claim and an individual did call me back on Monday 1/2/23. She was very nice and seemed to be helpful but now I can't even reach her. I have decided to hire another contractor to do the repair immediately and I'm guessing they will weasel out of giving me any kind of reimbursement. I have paid for Home Warranty coverage for 3 years and never used it. The one time I need it and they do everything they can not to pay. They obviously only care about making profit. I wish I could give zero stars.

    After a power outage, my tankless hot water heater began to leak. This occurred on 12/23, the same day that I filed a warranty claim (that I pay for every single month) with ****. My request was dispatched to, and accepted by, **************** Services. After waiting for a response, I noticed that my request was declined due to other emergencies that had come in since my claim was submitted. The temperatures have been below freezing, and my hot water has been non-existent for almost 6 days now - what exactly am I paying for each month, if not events like this?? I understand that **************** Services is busy with everyone having issues at the moment; HOWEVER, my Home Warranty company should dispatch my claim to a different company that IS available to assist their PAYING CUSTOMER.

    Placed a claim 6 months ago. I have been calling since to get my claim. No one picks the phone. If they do they give me excuses after excuses as to why my claim is not processed. Three months ago I was told finally to expect a check. I confirmed the mailing address and have been waiting. Still no check. I called today and was on hold for 40 mins trying to figure out where the check is. Then I was told wait for 30 days and call back. I asked for supervisor and she relied supervisor won't be able to help me. She then asked me to hold and few minutes later she hang up.So frustrating that such a big company is mishandling such a simple case. Dont know what to do. I feel like whoever picks will do same thing again and again.
