We did not renew our agreement at the beginning of 2022 because of poor service (many other long stories of poor service like a leaky toilet on the second floor dripping into a first floor closet for weeks and I could go on) and went with another company. However, **** renewed it on their own using a credit card on file from the previous year. They also assigned us another account number. We have always paid in full at the beginning of the agreement period - never paid by the month. We didn't notice the extra charge on our credit card statement for several months (our fault) because we've been doing extensive home renovation and doing business with at local company with a similar name that shows on our credit card statement. When we brought this to their attention, they said someone would call us. Well, this very argumentative woman screamed at us for 30 min. that we had no recourse and could not cancel. My husband's a realtor, and he called the local rep and explained the situation. We also blocked them from our credit card account. Finally we received a prorated refund. Now we're trying to get a full refund for the money they illegally took from us. Our attorney has agreed to get involved.

I spoke to ******* and was told that they couldnt honor a claim because I didnt contact them within the 15 days after my policy expiring. I moved in my newly built home 4/2021 and immediately contacted the builder about fixing repairs. Over the yeari received no repairs from the builder. I sent the builder a certified, registered letter for repairs and still no one showed up for repairs. Within the year I called **** warranty and was told to reach out to the builder but now they are saying they have not record off this. I hired s as lawyer and he sent a demand letter and still nothing. I even filed complaint with city and llr. I reached out to **** warranty 10/2022 and is told they cant help because I sent nothing into them during the warranty time of a year. I think thats disgusting. I have dates documenting throughout 2021 with the builder but **** Warranty will not help to honor anything because I didnt reach out to them in that year. Like I said disgusting. I have had no help from any source in this matter and now **** warranty has failed me.

I have had **** for 7 years. It was recommended by a realtor, and the home owner paid for the initial year. We have had two major issues. The first one was our Trane AC unit. It took multiple service calls and the service provider stated that the unit needed to be replaced. **** finally agreed and replaced our Trane unit with a ******* which broke down in the first year.My latest issue was a 5 year old Whirlpool refrigerator ($3000) in August 2022. The service tech came 4 different times which meant I had to drive to this house spending $300 in gas and two charges of refrigerant disposal costing $116. Once the service provider talked with Whirlpool, they said it could not be repaired. So **** has offered a ******* replacement, not a Whirlpool or GE as their site states. **** works through ****** Home Improvement, so I checked with them on the ******* unit. He stated that **** is severely degrading the refrigerator by offering the ******* unit. He said ******* has compressor issues and there is not a service team backing up the units like Whirlpool. Here is the bottom line, **** stated the refrigerator will be shipped on November 28th. Remember this problem started in August and should be resolved by early December. When I spoke with Lowes about their inventory, they showed 500 units available. **** told me ***** had nothing in inventory until late November. I assume **** has a lower cost unit from ******* that they only offer to degrade their customer's (Me) units. PS As stated in the other posts, their **************** will read you the letter of the law on replacement. It should be noted that I have paid for their highest possible program for 7 years. Buyer beware if you decide to purchase a service agreement from ****.

This company is a scam. Stay far away. They hire inadequate third party contractors to compete jobs. I filed a claim to have my dishwasher fixed 3 months ago, and my dishwasher has still not been fixed. They are very unprofessional and their communication with their customers is very subpar.

Well, I was working as a ********* ******* Rep. and I can tell you that the san, *************************** over the remote employees are about each other and stats! They favor each other they only hire with and the part that's BS is the training left us all dumbfounded and 2 weeks in they threw us into production with absolutely incorrect training. It was the worst 3 months of my life. However, if you don't have any morals and you don't care to lie to a little 90-year-old helpless woman during a heat wave that her AC ain't working and she can't breathe.... then this job is for you!Be condescending and apologize constantly to the [point of customers getting offended at how sorry u are. and the reason is that they don't care what you have to do lie steal cheat make sure the caller does the survey and stats will be just fine, lmao its a joke.Managers and sups are disrespectful and I hope every one of them left people out there s, othering to death I hope they can get forgiveness.

I've had this company since I purchased my house 4 years ago, and though I've had one repair go smoothly, I have had a dryer repair ticket open with this company for 4 months. I have regularly spent over 90 minutes on hold to try to rectify the company's numerous failures. Their service reps have proven unhelpful and unable to provide any updates on when the service will be completed. The service providers regularly don't show up when they're supposed to, don't contact me when they have (or don't have) parts ready, and don't reschedule appointments without me, you guessed it, waiting on hold for 2 hours to talk to a service rep to get them to reschedule. This company is barely a business because they barely provide a service. I cannot in good conscience recommend **** to a friend let alone an enemy. It's insane they charge money for the service they provide.

I normally do not complain much but this company is horrible at resolutions. My wife and I had a long term renter in hour rental property for 2 years. Towards the last few months of the tenants stay, the Air Conditioner started malfunctioning. **** Warranty was able to get a tech to the location about 2 times. The 3rd time, the technician stated we needed a new AC. The tech removed the old AC and but needed parts to install the new AC. This was 2 months ago. Due to the back & forth with the Techs & ****, our tenant moved out and now the house has been vacant. I am currently on hold (30 mins and counting) because each time we call they tell us they have to find out case although we give them the number. We can not move any tenants into our home so we have been at a loss for sometime now. You would do better off using another company or applying for service/warranty with an actual AC service. I plan to leave a review each day until this AC is fixed.

Beware - bait and switch tactics. My refridgerator broke down on a Wednesday morning. I submitted a claim immediately and was notified in about an hour that the claim was processed. The repairman called the next day. The repairman diagnosed the issue. I paid $75 per my agreement with 210 for the visit. He now had to wait for approval from 210 to do the work. I called 210 again to try and see if we could expedite the approval, I was told it would be 3-5 business days just for review. This was the first concern - but we decided to make due. Monday morning, I received an email from 210 stating they approved the repair, but my policy, would only cover $325 of a $1,400 repair. I am not arguing that policy, however, I decided to cancel my policy for a prorated refund to help cover the cost of the repair. I was transferred to the sales dpt. A representative explained that she could add an option (deluxe package) to my policy that would cover the full cost of the repair. I confirmed with this person 3 times this change would count for the current repair - I specifically asked if the repairman would get his full payment and that there would not be an issue because I had already told an earlier rep that I would take the $325 to get things started. I was told that I was correct, the change WOULD cover the repair and that I would receive an email with details. 2 hours later, no email so I called and was told that they could not use the upgrade on this repair. I asked them to review the recording of the call to prove that THIER representative confirmed they would cover the cost. After being put on hold several times they still told me no. I understand policies, but when an employee tells a customer they will do something, they should do it. I cancelled my policy but was transferred again and made to send an email on top of all this to request the cancellation again - as a result I lost the repairman for the day again as well. Bait and switched!
