    Not a good company and I have home warranty before with other companies. I have only put in one request and they keep Assigning contractors who have previously let them know they are not in my area. They reassigned my current order three times to contractors not servicing my area. You would think this would be a quick fix but no. I called they advised I could find a contractor on my own what is the point when you are not going to reimburse me more than ***** regardless of what I pay and I pay you monthly for issues that may arise. I have tried to explain the issue and no one seems to be concerned.

    My home builder uses 2-10 so we have no choice but to use them. In the agreement it includes all appliances, and whatnot - but it doesn't matter because 2-10 doesn't respond. They never dispatched someone for my AC, and never responded either. Now I have another issue, and they sent a person who is not certified in the appliance that needs to be fixed. I can't get a response from them, and they dont' respond when they say they will. Why are we paying money for a service that does absolutely nothing? It's 100% a scam.

    The communication is absolutely atrocious. The coverage for large items is almost nonexistent. I have so far purchased a new refrigerator, a washer and a hot water heater at full price. I have also paid for the insulation of these items. 2-10 claimed the service technician wanted to much money to repair. Another technician was never called. It was just "closed".The wait time is horrible. They say it takes between 3 to 5 business days for any decision to be made on a call. I have never had information returned in that time. Also, the 3 to 5 days starts over if it is moved to another department. Three weeks with no hot water was the result.

    Do not buy from this company its been 3wks and I still have no air. Their giving me the run around they dont cover no parts at all telling me Im gonna have to pay 1300 to get my air conditioning u it fix it only 2yrs old. This is a brand new house

    Company charged my creditr card, even though they have documented proof of my call in RE the contract, that i had for many years at one home and moved to another city, where after the 1st year there due to price review... I was changing company's. They REFUSE to issue me the $988.00 refund after numerous convrestions had that admitted to their error AND now supervisor ***** (tranfered fronm ****** to ****** who was ***** supervisor (nice, understood) had to transfer to her Boss... and he refused, on top of that he REFUSES to send me a copy of the conversation he so called listened to from 8/2023 for my proof/review and to top it off when the call when down he did not even call me back, as of 9/6/24. Yes, it's been going on for a ridiculous year

    NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS FOR THEM TO FIX MY WATER HEATER. I TRIED CALLING AND THEY TOLD ME 3-5 DAYS AND STILL NOTHING. I JUST HAD SURGERY AND IT IS STRESSFUL AND DEPRESSING NOT DO BE ABLE TO TAKE A SHOWER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

    This company is basically a scam. I have reached out with the same AC issue 3 times over the last month with no repairs made yet. They refuse to follow the recommendations of the ************ to completely replace my 20 year old unit and instead want to install 2 new parts that will cost me $1250 out of pocket. I have had to call them over 8 times in the last 2 days to try and reach some resolution. Which still has not occurred. Hold times are a minimum of 30 minutes. Its a second job to try and get their help. DO NOT use this company.

    They are a waste of money. I've had the warranty for 4 years and every single claim I've tried to have filled has been a nightmare. Their company's key word is except. They will cover you and fix whatever's broken unless there's an exception I'm their document then they drop you completely and refuse to pay for it. I had a hot water heater go, it's clearly in my warranty, and they told me they would cover some of it but, I'd have to pay 400$ out of pocket for the repair itself, I didn't have their upgraded package. Next year I upgraded the package and had an issue in my home sewer vent system. It should be covered. Oh wait.. the sewer vent that runs through my house to vent gases from the underground line out through the ceiling ? It happens to run behind walls. If the pipes run behind walls they count it as concealed and flat out told me that's a different coverage and they refuse to help with it at all. I asked them ok so if I bought this supreme coverage before , would they have helped with the claim? Yea, to cut out my wall, repair a broken pipe and fix everything after... With their BEST COVERAGE that would cost nearly 1000$ USD for the year, they would have covered up to 500$ towards that repair which is a joke. I could go on about how it took them 2 separate service calls from different companies and 2 separate service fees of 100$ each to fix a single toilet in my house after.they failed to fix it the first time. It's in your contract that regardless of what they do, if a contractor comes out to your house, you owe them 100$,.even if it's to refix an issue they didn't fix right before. You will never get your money's worth out of this warranty and frankly it is better spent in your savings towards the repairs when it happens as you will be paying out of pocket either way.

    I had my AC go out and it took 9MONTHS for repairs that lasted 20 days. I came out of pocket over 1400 dollars for service calls and unit, bought stand alone units and fans, I have had other contractors and DTE out they charged system for me after Airflow Mechanics who 2-10 sent out refused service without reupping warranty . The unit installed by them is not comparable with coil installed, it was never properly charged at install, and still not working. I can not afford to renew warranty and pay to repair again I am 100 percent disabled veteran and stay at home Mother of 4! I feel at a loss with no help this is so disheartening to be treated this way and taken advantage of. Several calls and emails have been sent with no help or offer to rectify anything.

    I think this business is bunch of c*** I put a claim in for my toilet to get fixed, and they couldn't find a plumber in my part of the country which is ********** MD, so I went out and bought the parts myself and had a plumber fix the problem and put in a reimbursement claim for $90 dollars, $15 for parts and $75 for labor and it's has been over 2 months and every time I called them, they have no response, first it was has not been 45 days from the initial claim, and now they are passing the buck to claim management, which does not give me solid reply. I think the company is a joke and stealing customers money, if they couldn't find a contractor to work on my house, what can they do for me, they lied, I would like all my money return, so I can invest in a real home warranty program. Please help me resolve my problem with this company. Thank you ***********************.
